They shouldn`t even be allowed to own a hand gun with the charge of murder, those guns should be in police possession. They are out on bond with hand guns? And possibly the guns that could have done the killing. Somehow, that just doesn`t seem right. Someone in authority should know where those guns are and have them in their possession. If they aren`t in police security, that is one huge mistake.
Neither are convicted, just accused. Their 2nd Amendment rights prevail until conviction, per the U.S. Constitution.
