Okay, time out. Are they saying there are no visible signs of injuries on a set of remains that either doesn't have an identifiable skull or is missing the skull entirelyl?

I thought that the 90 calls had happened over the time that Sidney and Heather were broken up... Otherwise, how would her coworkers have known about them? Didn't they say the coworkers were witnesses to those? :thinking:

According to the timeline in the sticky section above, Heather had only just recently moved into that apt with her friend, BW (Dec 4th or 5th, 2013). The nasty txts from TM were in early Nov and before Heather had moved. I don't think TM knew where Heather was living at the time of the murder, as it was less than 2 weeks. That might be partly why they lured her out in the first place.

I could listen to the defense attorneys, the prosecutor and that judge for hours just to hear their accent. Barring my opinion on the content of what was said, I was simply enthralled in the way they said it.

I have lived in the South all my life. Guess that is why I didn't notice an accent. lol, they just talked normal to me.

Thinking back to the initial texts from TM to Heather, I wonder if TM even knew who she was texting other than it being some girl her husband was screwing. I wonder if SM had given her Heather's name . . . or a fake name . . . or if she knew her first name, but not her last name . . .

If TM wanted to track Heather down for any reason, it could take a bit longer if she had to first figure out her real name. Yeah, I'd really like to know that answer . . . because if not, then I wonder :thinking: . . . about the arguments that will be presented in court . . . among other things.

She could get father's name tho and go from there. Many of the find people sites list everyone in a family and their age.

The point is... HE & BW were new roommates and HE was in a different apt, in a different location than she was when she and SM started the affair and different than when TM was insisting she tell her where she (HE) was in those early Nov txts.

I am guessing that possibly the video surveillance at the compound was installed after Heather was reported missing. I have nothing to back this thought up.

I thought I read a post on the Dis forum which said she installed the cameras after one of her children escaped the "compound" and ended up at a neighbor's pool? Anyone else remember this?

In the following link there is a screenshot of a FB post TM made stating that they had turned over their surveillance to authorities.... the question now is, when exactly did that happen? If I am correct, most surveillance devices on keep footage for a specific amount of time and then it automatically records over that. So, I guess the time in which LE was able to obtain the warrant for the video is key to what they may or may not have found on it.

Heather may have been living at home. If TM was watching their house, that would explain some of TM's scrap book and obsession with the family.

She wasn't living at home with her parents. I don't remember who she lived with before (maybe an ex-boyfriend or other friend?) but she wasn't living with mom & dad. But for argument's sake let's say she was living at home with her parents before 12/4. Unless TM was following her around on either 12/4 or 12/5 or unless Heather disclosed this info to SM and then SM told his wife, TM wouldn't have known Heather moved in with BW and she wouldn't have known where she was living.

The theory that TM went to Heather's apartment to confront her on 12/18/13 sometime after 2am and killed HE in her apartment does not seem a likely scenario considering she most likely didn't even know where HE was living at the time.

Maybe HE posted about her new digs on one of her social media accounts? Or it was discussed in comments on one of her posts, or even on someone else's page? TM was probably spending a lot of time online stalking HE and everyone she was associated with.

Timing of that search warrant would be key, obviously. I'd guess erasing all surveillance evidence was probably the first thing they did.
