"Exhibit C" Cindy and Nejame Emails

Just curious...how does she expect the searchers to give her the answers that she needs? They're not going to tell her how Caylee died.

All she wants is reasonable doubt. Which makes me wonder what is wrong with the LB or JJ. statement. unless they know these two are full of crap. 'm also wondering if they are trying to gain access to Hoover's sign up. According to reports he secretly went to TES and told them about a witness who spotted Casey's Pontiac on Suburban in late June. Perhaps they are wanting that info. Find that witness. Accuse them. Though, surely, if true, LE has this info.

Thank you LancelotLink! So despite what the court has decided Cindy decided that her wants were more important?!? Surprise! What a shocker! I don't blame MN for being upset after that.

I don't think he wrote that as "upset." He knows this shrew and her games. He is merely telling her where to stick it. Something I would love to do.

No I don't think that he wrote it as being upset but one sure couldn't blame him if he was upset with Cindy after all that she, George, the defense team, etc have blamed him for. For them to try and place blame on anyone other than Casey is pointless in my opinion. Like a few others before him MN just tried to show Cindy the truth of the situation.

I Totally Agree!

We know that, but that makes her letter even more unbelievable. Does this woman ever get embarrassed? Does she not realize how pathetic this makes her look? She should think of her son (and husband...but that ain't going to happen!)...he's entitled to some semblance of a normal life.

I have to say I'm surprised a lawyer would say some of these things to a grieving family. A very short, professional response that had more compassion for the Anthonys might have been more appropriate IMO, you know, just take the high road. Who could really bring themselves to say some of these things to people who are in their terrible position? Why not just say "I assure you that the documents are available and have been since x date." etc.
And probably add, "My deepest condolences for your loss."
Now, he's human too, everybody loses it sometimes. But considering their position you would think he'd try to err on the side of compassion and patience. He seems like such a professional guy I was just surprised reading what he wrote to be honest.

BBM... because that HAS been said to them, Ad nauseum.

Two years after the fact, we can go right ahead and assume he's offered "my condolences", again, Ad nauseum. "Their position" has also been considered (say it with me now...) Ad nauseum. And yet, the Anthonys still keep harping and harping on certain things which have been proven AD NAUSEUM to be their own made up lies. How nice are people supposed to be? After a while, I want some return compassion from these people. Show me one ounce of compassion they've ever displayed for Caylee. I am not going to "err on the side of compassion and patience" anymore, and clearly neither is Mark NeJame. Enough.

It never ceases to completely amaze me that CA still accuses TM of "planting evidence" for God's sake! Where did that crap come from? Did she make this up in her own sick delusional mind or did MB tell her this? It just boggles my mind!!!!!

I'm like Beach, you just can't make this stuff up!

TM did not plant that evidence, someone from another search group found it. TM didn't pay mind to it, didn't think it was connected to Caylee for it was too big....I also remember CA going on NG holding the dress in her hands from Caylee's closet...JMHO

Texas EquuSearch did not make the find. It was found by an independant search group that had helped out in the first search for Caylee. The email went on to describe the item and the fact that the individual had an "exclusive" photo of the dress.

After receiving the email, I contacted Tim to confirm the find. As you can imagine, Tim was quite upset that the information had been leaked. Not only that, but he was also upset because the information the person was providing constituted a direct violation of search and rescue protocol.

Tim told me that the authorities did not believe the dress was connected to the Caylee case. He also said that the dress was "too big" for Caylee. As a result, I chose not to publish that information. The last thing we needed was another media frenzy, at a time in which Tim was trying to determine what to do. Grace has since picked up on the find, which is why I am addressing it now.

ITA! They trot out the grieving family speech anytime they think it benefits them or attempting to side step a direct question. Sorry, but George and Cindy have been at this crap from the very beginning. They are in this together. I hope MN does write a book and speaks of exactly what went down and when they knew the truth. This email is nothing more than a ploy to slander MN, Tim and gain the court's sympathy and the TES records. I was watching the video of MN and Tim's presser about the area being under water and GA barged in, making himself the focus. When asked what the "misunderstanding" from Baez was, he did his shoulder shrug and went into his shcpeal of "I just want to know what happened. I need to know what happened." Ended it with another shrug.
And I loved Josebegood...

I absolutely agree, Lancelot...MN has shown much patience towards the Anthony family. He never agreed to represent ICA, all the evidence proved to him who was responsible. He tried his darndest to get the public image of these grandparents to sway toward sympathy. He knew they lost that when they started being hostile and contrary. IMO

I also feel, once CA got hold of the last document dump, when ICA was blowing steam about her parents trying to replace her attorney, how she signed a waiver for a conflict of interest with their then attorney who is now representing TM, she went into her rant. She tried to recind the waiver but liitle did she know, it's too little, too late. She didn't want ICA to feel "betrayed" by another. As she had been betrayed by RA, MD..this is one sick family. They truly are not searching for the truth. It's truly tiresome to see all the people who have been defamed, demeaned. CA can say things about others but don't you dare talk smack about the Anthony family, CA inparticular...I abhor what they are doing and I can't wait for them to finally be placed in handcuffs themselves. They have surpassed enableing and are now in the criminality mode...JMHO

I wonder if he was trying to get through the wall of denial and blame Cindy has erected around herself? verbal shock treatment without the fun of zapping cables and shiny electricity sparks.. just trying to wake er up abnd hope she saw a glimmer of realityland?

Just curious...how does she expect the searchers to give her the answers that she needs? They're not going to tell her how Caylee died.

She should have said the answers that we want. CA wants to be told that someone other than ICA was the responsible party for Caylee's demise. She doens't want the truth, she can't handle the truth for it makes her look like a lousy parent/grandparent.

I await the day ICA has her trial, CA's behavior will come into play. She doesn't realize it now but as she throws others under a bus, that train is heading straight for her and GA. She needs to stop dancing around the truth accept the probability that ICA murdered Caylee. The best thing she can do for ICA is to SHUT UP. Everytime she opens her mouth the public becomes enraged. We can all see it for what it is because we are not part of this abhorrant family. Her mission is to see to it that ICA doesn't die by lethal injection. She's trying too desperately to cause reasonable doubt. She's up against some very experienced SA's who will wipe that courtroom with her if she tries dancing around things. For the SA's are seeking justice for Caylee and will get that baby her justice. I have faith that at trial, those jurors will see CA for what she truly is...even as CA waves bye-bye to ICA.

Again? MN should, after all the times he tried to defend George and Cindy from unfavorable press (and from their own words and actions), he should again "take the high road" when responding to these personal attacks from Cindy? No, I don't think so.

Sometimes you have to talk to people on their own level for them to be able to understand. Apparently the advice and everything MN said to Cindy and George in the past was for nothing because he was taking the "high road" and it went right over their heads. . .

Also, it seems unfair to hold only one of the two parties responsible for acting appropriately. All parties should be held to the same standards and expectations lest we be accused of bias. :twocents:

Which must feel so, so sweet to KC. Finally mom has to play by HER rules.

that to me, says it all. Casey may just be happy in jail. No Cindy, Casey finally holds the cards and she's not playing by Cindy's rules. Casey has her world now: admirers, daydreaming and pretending all day, new BFFs she can lie to and plan false dreams with, guards to cater to her, treats delivered, no expectations for her to have to try for like a job, parenting, growing up, she can sit there and play princess and imagine herself into whatever she wants to pretend and best of all...no Cindy building her up to tear her down, emotionally blackmailing her, one minute loving the next minute attacking her, expecting her to be what Cindy wants, and setting the bar too high one minute, too low the next. For Casey, this world in jail may just be her cup of tea. Pretending instead of living, male admirers (Jose, guards, penpals), books to read, gossip to share from bar to bar... her world of bars is still a world of bars, just less booze, more steel now. And as I said, best of all...no Cindy to deal with.

"Either they're not being truthful or they don't know their case," NeJame said.

They also accuse him of stalling the defense's efforts by keeping them from reviewing documents belonging to Texas EquuSearch.

"Those documents have been sitting here for eight months waiting for them to finally get around to checking them out,” NeJame said. “So if anybody thwarted the defense, it was the defense lawyers not getting around to doing their job."

In court papers, NeJame said the defense is acting in bad faith and harassing EquuSearch volunteers.

NeJame represents the volunteer organization.

He previously represented George and Cindy Anthony, but they split after three months.

Casey's defense said NeJame now wants to write a book about it and use the case to promote his own interests.

"If I wanted the fame, I surely wouldn't have fired the client,” NeJame said. “They're just wrong. It’s a typical ploy. If you don't have the facts, then you go after the lawyer or you go after another individual. It's just nonsense. Just nonsense."

Tim Miller didn't even want it out in the public...IIRC it was LP who brought it to the forefront on NG show and Tim just cringed.....cringed!!!!!

This letter from Cindy was written in Feb. of this year. What Cindy wrote demanded a response from MN because of the content and the accusations made by Cindy. She should know better. She should be ashamed of herself. I'm surprised she still has BC as an attorney. He also knows better. I believe MN to be a very compassionate attorney because of all his dealing with charity organizations and his interviews. Obviously he knows the real Cindy and what we see in PUBLIC is just the tip of the iceburg.....burrrrrrr. jmo

Mark Nejames speaks (argues) with NG of the Mickey Mouse dress...he gets into it with NG...he tried his darndest to help the Anthonys...JMHO

Here MN said he had a strong understanding of what occured and it's her..he will not assist Casey...he thought it wrong to not allow anyone to have a small amount of hope (this is before Caylee's remians were found)!

ITA In this clip from 12/11/08 MN says (around the 4:20 mark) that it's time for G&C to let go and let God! In fact, they have done the opposite of his advice. Cindy, especially, has sunk deeper and deeper into her denial-to the point of possibly letting her husband be used as a possible mitigation factor in the future. With Caylee being the first victim at ground zero-there have been added many, many other victims that have had their names and reputations questioned and besmirched. Does Cindy actually think that there will not be a day of reckoning for their actions-that the laws of KARMA don't apply to them? If so, then she is as delusional as her daughter!:banghead:

Oh, sure. The florist would tip off Marinade Dave, who would leak it in one of his blogs. Jose would file a Motion to Recuse against NeJame from any courtroom in Orange County, and Tim Miller would be forced to play nice with Cindy in order to save NeJame from total disgrace for having a relationship with a blogger.

And give my regards to JLyons when he comes to "interview" you about your relationship with Jeff Ashton (since you are obviously buddy-buddy with another member of the prosecution) and to question your integrity and eyesight when you tell him there was standing water on Suburban.

Yeah. Go right ahead.

[sarcasm off now]

Whew Numbers, you are so right! Thanks for bringing me back to reality, LOL!!!! I was just so excited to see someone actually stand up to her and than after watching the interview where MN states "Someone needs to do it", in regards to writing a book and telling the truth rather than the spins, etc. I think my post was an excited utterance! MN is my hero......

Sorry - my snark got out of its cage last night.

You can always send a donation to Tim Miller and put a note with it that says "With thanks to Mark NeJame for being one of the good guys" or something like that. I'm sure word would get back to MN.

You'll have to get in line there LL. I'll let you cut in front of me though, if you want.

All Cindy has accomplished is that Nejame's image is still untarnished, and makes herself look more hysterical and unreasonable. Why would any news outlet, after reading her e-mail, want to contact her for an interview heaven only knows. Or...if not heaven, more south.
