NOONE is in custody at this point. Cnn just reported that a reliable source has said that no one is in custody.

The suspect would not have been taken into custody yet... just being guarded to be questioned at the hospital.
So both could be true. No suspect in custody... person of interest at the hospital.

I agree this is a more than one person situation... so maybe one is in the hospital and others are not.

The person, who sources said was 20 years old, had severe burns, but authorities had not determined whether the person was a victim or a perpetrator. Yes I do it believe it is Copley Square Park! Ive played frisbee there countless times. Lots of college aged kids and a few homeless hang there too
