Note to self when attending a public event:
1. Always wear the right clothes. Be careful not to wear black, the color of evil. This is suspicious.
2. Pay attention to accessories. Bags, sunglasses, hats, hoodies... all suspicious. The absence of sunglasses or head covering may also be suspicious. Choose carefully.
3. IMPORTANT: constantly keep your eyes on the event or whatever everyone else is looking at. Don't look left for a restroom, or look down at something you stepped on. Don't bend over babies in strollers. Don't look around to try and find other members of your party. Do not look at the other people in your party when you converse, as this might make you look away from the event you are supposed to be looking at. Just try to guess using your peripheral vision where eateries and other destinations might be. Better to be safe than sorry.
4. Don't move from one area to another. This is suspicious.
5. If you carry a bag, do not sit it on the ground, or switch it from shoulder to shoulder. Never take it off and place it in front of you. This may be suspicious. I repeat, the bag may never be black. (Black=evil.)
6. When possible, dress in costume. Like Gumby, or Ronald McDonald. This way, in the event of an act of terrorism, people on websites can rule you out immediately.
7. It's best to be of NO nationality. If possible, blend your skin tone to one that mostly matches the race that commits no crimes. Try to not be too light, or too dark. This, too, is suspicious.
Granted, I know this isn't a laughing matter, but after I viewed that link from 4Chan, I just couldn't help myself. I am glad that people are looking, but some of those circles and arrows are a little much. I am looking at the photos just like everyone else, but blowing up pictures and circling faces that happen to be looking away from the event isn't fair. I'm sure if I would have been there, I would have done something stupid looking to call attention to myself. That, and I look good in black.
ETA: One of those guys with a "sag in his bag" also has an orange juice and what looks like a tin of Altoids in the side pocket.
