jeff hopkins is supposed to be the guy who introduced her to the nanny. Well everything I have read the cops have not been able to talk to him. THey talked to his parents... they say he didn't know her. Does anyone know if the cops ever did track down this guy?

He was on the NG show last night. He only went to school with KC. He doesn't even have kids! He is one of the prosecution witnesses

Yes, LE indeed did track Jeffry Hopkins down and spoke to him via phone and then also in person. He has been informed that he will indeed be a witness for the prosecution.

I was re-listening to the first 911 calls and the interrogation of Casey tonight...it's been awhile. Here's a fact that I missed first time around, sorry for the repeat if it has already been pointed out.

A Casey LIE:
When Cindy puts her on the phone with the 911 operator she says she "actually got a call from her today" (Caylee) but now the phone is "NO LONGER IN SERVICE"

In the interrogation with Yuri at Universal she mentions that call from Caylee again but the call was "FROM A PRIVATE NUMBER"

which one was it Casey? We know the call never happened, however.

I have tried and tried to find facts that refute the following facts. I would appreciate any help/input the posters can give.

1) All of the pertinent interviews released (i.e. GA, CA, LA, TonE, AH, etc) were second interviews to go over original statements? (See statements where LE says they just want to firm up previous statements.)

2) Excluding cell phone pings, some internet activity, text/cell phone calls and BB's testimony regarding the shovel, all of the released pertinent second interviews conducted by LE glided over 6/16/08 - 6/23/08?

3) That any evidence that LE has, has actually been released to the public by LE? (i.e., maggots on pizza bag, chloroform searches on computer, etc.)

4) That the argument on 6/15/08 overheard by neighbors was not about stealing gas from the shed? (People keep saying it is regarding stealing from Granmda, but I can not find any evidence of this).

1) AChristmas, I think GA, CA, and LA's "original" statements would be their written statements to LE as evidenced in the original discovery document dump.


2) I agree. This time period seems more or less "glided over" especially with AL.


I think #4 is deduction. Alleged argument heard from neighbor on June the 15th the night that Cindy allegedly arrives back from Mt. Dora with Caylee after visiting Grandma and Grandpa. We heard that Casey allegedly stole $$$ from the Grandparents and was not at the nursing home on the 15th. Logic could dictate that if there was a fight it could have been involving the stolen money (even if it had been discovered previous to this and if it had not then it very well could have been the reason for the fight in my opinion).

There are so many facts in this case I do not see how you can limit them all to one thread, just sorting one form the next would be daunting.

I like the idea but I don't see how this is effective. You need a story board like police use and you move things all over it and past things from board to board wall to wall. THis would case would need all the walls on the empire state building.

I like the idea but I don't see how this is effective. You need a story board like police use and you move things all over it and past things from board to board wall to wall. THis would case would need all the walls on the empire state building.

I quote myself to express how to resolve this.
1. Break down everything into different categories.
2. Break down each category into sub categories.
3. assign a person to manage each sub category and gather the evidence for that.

Categories:
Witnesses.
Car
Odor
Bags
Cloths
Tools
Locations
911 calls
Cell Phones
Chloroform

etc etc etc then break each one down from there into smaller cat. IE:
Witness (sub for each)
Cell Phones (Nokia Sub, Blackjack Sub, Ping Sub)
Tools (Gas Can Sub, Shovel Sub)


Then the person in charge of each sub gathers the data for that sub, otherwise you will have 40000 posts in one thread with 30%-40% duplicates.

We would need a seperate forum then in that forum, sub forums for the Category and subs under the cat forums for the sub cats.

Oh and each person responsible for the sub cat would need to be able to mod that thread, that way if people want to add some items they can and the person responsible can use that info and organize it into their thread then delete the posters post to keep it clean.
