Further evidence that Cindy may know what happened

I have to disagree on the basis of two reasons.

First, Casey spent a lot of time sleeping around with other guys while she was with TL. There was the cop who was recently fired, Ricardo, and Jesse. If Casey were concerned about advancing her relationship she would not have acted that way, either for fear that TonE would find out, or because she was so "into" him she wouldn't have wanted other men.

Secondly, by all accounts, TonE was very into the concept of Casey being domesticated. His statements to LE explained he appreciated how she did laundry, cooked, was "the perfect girlfriend". He told LE he was wanting to distance himself from Casey, but that she was just too perfect (in a domestic way). That does not sound like someone who would have influenced Casey to be glamourous and a party girl. He sounds like he was ready to slap an apron on her and shove her in the kitchen.

I think TonE was willing to slap an apron on Casey, let her do his laundry AND share his bed.

In his own words, Casey wanted more from the relationship than he did. TonE also said he wanted to hang out more with others and that they fought because he teased and that they fought because he fell asleep during the up 'til the wee hour 3 a.m. phone calls.

That Casey strayed didn't mean she wasn't obsessed with TonE. That just shows how needy she was for male attention. IMO

Whether or not Casey takes the immunity deal in my opinion will tell a lot.

IMO, the state has enough to convict her of at least negligent homicide. If Casey is guilty of even less, NOW is the time to speak up and to give her daughter a decent burial.

The only reason I can come up with for Casey not to talk now is if Caylee's body will show evidence Casey did worse.

MOO

Then you have all of the different things she told people about Caylee's "father":

1. He died in a car accident on the way to her birthday party
2. He was a security guard at Universal
3. He was a one night stand and in the Military

Am I missing anything else?

Yes, you missed that he was a one-nighter at a Christmas party.

And, according to Uncle Rick, immaculate conception.

TonE.

I think Casey had lots of fantasies about Anthony L. I think she was hoping for a love so great that Anthony L. would go anywhere with her. (He'd never know what she did to Caylee. That would spoil the fantasy.) But, it was taking more time to get Anthony L. attached enough than Casey had hoped.

I think Hawkins was part of a backup plan should THAT be needed. It seems Casey was keeping other men around and wasn't putting all her eggs in any one basket.

IMO, fantasy and plotting and games were a way of life.

How many could fool everyone for years into believing they had a job with a HUGE salary and get away with it?

Think about all the stories and maneuvering that entailed.

Casey didn't just fool Cindy and George and Lee. All her friends believed her story too.

She was very creative.

IMO

Sociopaths are very good at that.

Cindy didn't know about what happened when she made the 911 call. My theory is that Casey spilled the beans sometime after that around the time Lee was consoling her in the house when Cindy was outside blowing off steam - before LE arrived.

The first three calls that Cindy made were very honest, and very genuinely alarmed, I think. It was right after that that Casey told her, or she figured it out. That's when the smell of decomp turned into rotten pizza.

If you put that many men together in one part of Florida, the entire state might sink into the ocean.

...okay....I'm sorry. Somebody :slap: me.

Yep! One hopes they can find enough guys to make a mix on the jury!

Yes, yes, yes! That's exactly it. Many of the experts on tv say she is in "denial" or whatever, but I think it's much simpler than that. She knows exactly what happened. Why else would she have gone on with the ruse of June 9th being the last date she saw Caylee UNTIL LE approached her with evidence that it was Father's Day 6/15??? Hello, a trip to see Great Grandpa at the retirement facility on Fathers Day would ring a bell. It was only a few weeks prior that they made that visit. Plus they had pictures. You can't tell me LE didn't ask them right off the bat for the latest pics. Bell ringing! It was Father's Day when these were taken! But no, they went along with their lying daughter on the date and changed their story to fit hers. Sick, sick, sick.

Exactly.

Caylee wasn't part of Casey's fantasy life with TonE.

Unfortunately, Casey couldn't let her mother win either. So Caylee couldn't be left with Cindy.

If Casey had gone to California sooner instead of hanging around for Anthony L., Casey might be the daughter who ran off somewhere. Or a mystery.

It is ironic that the parents Casey told friends she hated are now the ones being despised for being in her corner.

IMO

People who have personality disorders (sociopaths, narcissistic, histrionic, or borderline personality disorders) are "splitters." They play people against eachother.

For some reason Casey did not let Caylee spend the nights with her and TonE the way she did with other boyfriends.

She took Caylee home to Cindy before sleeping over with TonE. Tone said he wanted kids SOMEDAY. Maybe that didn't mean now and somebody else's kid.

I think Casey REALLY wanted Anthony. Casey probably soon saw that having Caylee around a LOT wasn't helping advance the relationship.

In his interview Anthony says Casey wanted to move the relationship to a different level sooner than he did. Maybe Casey blamed Caylee for things not moving faster.

Casey's mom had to notice Casey spending all those nights gone. Maybe Caylee even cried for her mother. If Casey was my daughter I would have criticized all those nights out with a man and no attention to the child.

If I was her mom, I would have taken custody of the child. Two years ago.

If Casey can't hold a job or a relationship, is a chronic thief, and wouldn't know the truth if is walked up and sat in her lap, how can she be responsible for a toddler?

my take on it was that maybe he was the father, and she would tell him Caylee was missing. I mean, why else would you fly out to CA just to talk to someone, but now knowing the many faces and ways of Casey, it could be just about anything. Im thinking the person who said she was trying to get a free trip out there out of him might have it right.

And please someone check on this for me, what gets me here is that they (LE) had to CONFRONT Cindy with the pictures/video of Caylee at the nursing home from June 15th. And when you look at the discovery documents (page 23, it reads DESCRIPTION: FILE DELETED, ARCHIVE). I have a digital and I download the .jpgs or whatnot off the digital and then DELETE them from the memory card. But the way this reads on Page 23 is maybe this was one of the "deleted" Caylee pics retrieved from the archive!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Anyone else see this? IF so, ask WHY was it deleted? Because it messed with the July 9 timeline!

I did notice that passage when I was reading and wondered about it too.

"Mrs. Anthony told Mr. Hawkins that she was planning a trip to California and she needed to tell him something. Mrs. Anthony said she told her mother and brother, and she did not know how we would react about what she had to tell him."

Are they talking about Cindy or Casey?

Who knows with Casey she could be talking about Santa Claus!:bang:

1. During Cindy Anthony's second 911 call the claims the Sunfire was "stolen". She said, "I have someone here that I need to be arrested in my home...for stealing an auto and stealing money." Cindy claims that Casey did it (stealing) on the 30th. [This could be 911 nerves.] However that car was the one the Anthony's allowed Casey to drive. Unless Cindy and George had specifically told Casey to bring their car home and not to drive it they would have a hard time claiming it "stolen". Casey says to the 911 operator that it was her vehicle. In my opinion, Cindy claiming the car was stolen was a fabrication from Cindy in order to distance herself and George from the Sunfire during the time of the crime. [Cindy will claim that she lied to get law enforcement to come and talk to Casey.] If the car had been stolen why weren't charges filed against Casey on stealing the car (even if it was returned?). We all know law enforcement is not shy about charging Casey with crimes. [Also see Cindy's affidavit Page 34]

2. The family members were separated when law enforcement first questioned them (as they should be). Casey claims Caylees "last seen" date was June 9th (see page 28 of discovery docs). Cindy claims Caylee's "last seen" date was June 8 (see page 34). George claims Caylee's "last seen" date as June 9. All the Anthonys quickly fall into the June 9th "last seen" date and Cindy and Co. are only forced to accept that Caylee was last seen after June 9th when confronted with the June 15th Father's Day photos/video taken on June 15 at 12:03 p.m. How can they all have the date wrong? Could they have rehearsed their stories?

3. See Discovery document 33. Cindy's July 3rd myspace message pretty much says it all. She references Caylee: "She came into my life unexpectedly, just as she LEFT ME". [snip] "Now she is gone" "All I am guilty of..." Why is Cindy worrying about GUILT on July 3rd regarding Caylee? She refers to Casey having "no money, no future" but then swears on the stand at the bond hearing that she thought Casey had a job. Which is it, Cindy? Cindy repeatedly refers to Caylee as a "little angel". Keep in mind Cindy did not have a myspace previous to this date (that we know about) and had to create the account to post this message. Little angel can imply death, can't it? You can clearly see the sign up date as 07/03/08. Cindy titled the post "my caylee is missing" not "Casey let me speak to her"...MY CAYLEE IS MISSING. I think Cindy knew she was "missing" on July 3rd...not July 15th.

4. Even on the Affidavit on Page 34 Cindy can't keep the story straight. She writes "3 weeks ago asked my daughter to bring her (she scratches this out and writes "my" above it) car home...Wonder why the police didn't file charges on that one (sarcasm).

5. In the media Cindy denied any real discord at the Anthony home in the days surrounding Caylee's disappearance. However, Jesse says, "I asked Casey if her mom was watching Caylee, as I knew the two had a falling out" (see page 41 of the discovery docs). On 7/3/08 Casey texted Jesse "If my mom or dad try to call you, don't answer. I will explain it later, but for right now just stay out of it." Sounds like a FIGHT to me. When Jesse asks Casey about it she says she "will probably call you when I get drunk to tell you". In other words we can speculate that what she could tell Jesse was so bad she had to get drunk to relay it!

6. 911 call (see page 64) Cindy wailed, "it smells like there's been a dead body in the damn car". She told the 911 operator she had not seen Caylee since the 7th of June. Cindy then famously backtracks and claims she NEVER said the car smelled and blamed everything on a rotting, maggot-filled "bag of pizza". I would think a RN would know the smell of human decomposition. She's covering for Casey, but why? Could it be because she sullied her hands with the same decomp when she cleaned out the car? Cindy admitted to washing Casey's stinky pants. She calls Amy in a panic (knowing that something is not right) and tells Amy that Casey could be in some real trouble! Real trouble from a bag of pizza? Or is it that she knew someone dead had been in the trunk and sought to cover up the evidence, washing the items in the car, washing the car until it shone, calling it in as stolen, essentially distancing herself from the car and the evidence.

To be continued...

7. Page 248 Discovery Docs. LE asked permission to search the Anthony's yard and the Anthonys consented to the search. George was told that LE wanted to seach the Anthony's backyard for evidence of freshly turned soil or any suspicious or disturbed areas. George allowed LE to search through the sheds as well. George told LE that "he and his wife had already searched through the sheds, but I was welcome to check behind them. He told me that he even moved his granddaughter's playhouse and looked underneath it for evidence of foul play. Why would the Anthonys have suspected foul play in their yard before they knew of Casey borrowing the neighbor's shovel? Pre-cadaver dog search. What did the Anthonys move in their yard? A hibiscus bush? Why?

8. The Orange County Tax Collector under the Motor Vehicle Info shows that George and Cindy were the owners of the Sunfire. The certificate of title is in both George and Cindy's names. Casey had said the car previously belonged to Lee but he sold it to her and kept it in her parents names for "insurance purposes". If they even considered a body had been in their trunk they would have the motive to clean it up--report that it had been "stolen" for awhile--anything to distance themselves from what they feared had been in that trunk!

IIRC TonE was in NY during that time. I'm not positive about the date he came back. I thought maybe they last saw her at 2 different times. JMO though  (can't bring myself to go search tonight)
