Yes and people in this country seem to forget this very important historical fact. The "witches" of Salem were hanged. It didn't matter what color they were either...

The noose has been around for eons, it isn't about race, it's about punishment for whatever crimes the person did, or was percieved to have done.

I read a book about the history of punishment, and got totally creeped out reading the physics of hanging someone.

I've been with teeny weenies! Guess what? If you lose 40 pounds, you gain an inch of usable weenie. Honest injun. I think the fat deposits around the base build up and make it teenier. Unfortunately, the last teeny weenie guy didn't have any weight to lose - so we're practicing swahili now... in cursive.
