I don't see how it will make any difference in court what he says about starving. The court ordered CHO to keep doing what they were doing and nothing more.

They family and attorney, failed to relocate her when they should have and drug out the time that she was at CHO.

Yeppers, the judge ordered that they maintain the status quo. And they did.

Just had a thought. Dolan claimed that a big part of the delay in transferring Jahi out of CHO was the fact that it was during the holidays. Yet, they were able to transfer her at 8pm on a Sunday night.

My first thought before seeing the picture and comment was Dolan posing as the snake about to eat a rat.

I believe that I heard Omari say that she was neither in NY or CA when the press asked.

She never appeared, from what I saw. I turned it off when Dolan asked the media to "stick around", but he and Omari were leaving.

I don't think Mr. Singer is very worried about this.

All he has to do is have that screenshot blow up 12 x 12 in a court.

It would be hard to count the number of times Dolan has defamed the hospital and staff.

I doubt the hospital or those that Dolan has slandered will want to use money or resources to try and sue him, but I wish the would/could.

Anyone know enough about defamation laws in CA and if Dolan could be sued?

I really can't look away. I can't believe it's come to this. When I thought it couldn't get worse, Dolan comes out and says she's in bad condition because CHO has been starving her, and they may not be able to save her because of it. IMO the Bar should be looking into this whole case and the blatant misrepresentations he's been making. The law has clearly said that she is dead; the judges have been clear on that. The court did not compel feeding tubes because she is legally dead. It's absurdity, seriously. Trying to keep the "facility" secret and saying that CHO starved her is going to be their out when her heart inevitably stops and she doesn't miraculously recover from being dead. I don't believe there's a facility or a doctor, and if there is, I hope their names will come out so that proper actions can be taken. JMO.

You're right, Herat, of course. I did look for pix 25 days vent, but didn't find anything that was applicable.

I still think the reason they've been unable to secure a trach/gtube is because the tissue has lost it's integrity...and, as Meanmaryjean said earlier, unless the vasopressin had been continued (and likely has not been continued), there are some extreme issues going on right now...

Poor, poor Jahi. Poor, sweet blessed little girl. How sad she must be to see her mother unable to acknowledge her life and death, and celebrate what time they did share together...and her younger siblings have to be horrifically confused and suffering, as well.

The kids - Jahi and her siblings - that's who I'm praying for...

In reading this article, Mr. Dolan stated that 5 facilities had agreed to take Jahi and then most dropped out due to the media circus. Is it just me, or is he the one causing the media circus with all these press conferences? I thought they wanted peace. Why does CD seem to keep stirring the proverbial pot? Very puzzled.

It's my opinion that Mr. Dolan is withholding vital, factual information as to WHY these facilities refused to accept Jahi. I believe it's more likely these facilities refused after they looked into the situation. When they received medical documentation outlining Jahi's brain-dead state, they declined their initial offer.

Mr. Dolan can blame the media "circus" all he wants, but, as you pointed out, he's partially to blame for the circus. I think there are other, more medically valid reasons as to why.
