13 year old Jahi McMath moved to new facility. I’m talking to her family tonight. What would you do if Jahi were your daughter? #JahiMcMath

@jvelezmitchell I would respectfully bury her, for starters. Dignity for #Jahi.

I'm wondering why the family isn't spending all their time with their deceased child, as that seems to be what they wanted. Now they have it, and they're instead scrambling to make prime time appearances?

Not only are her bowels not functioning (as in lack of bowel sounds) the lining of her bowel is beginning to slough off. A spontaneous bowel perforation, peritonitis, and sepsis are not far off.

Any feeding tube would probably perforate and only hasten the slow death of her body by sepsis.

Considering the report was done days ago, heaven knows how much more advanced this has gotten.

I don't believe a word of the whole "she's doing great, now that she has antibiotics and nutritional supplements" statement given today. If it were her mother who said it, I'd chalk it up to delusion, but the fact that Dolan said it, it's just pure fabrication.

That report was very hard to read, but it should be linked in every single MSM report to show just what the reality is.

Jahi may not make it through the day Mail Online

"Dolan added that she had arrived at a secret facility this morning where she was receiving the best treatment available.
But he said it was touch and go whether she 'would make it'.
'Jahi is in worse shape than we thought,' Dolan said. 'The hospital’s withdrawal of nutrients has caused her to deteriorate more rapidly than we thought. It is just sad. They have starved her.'
Asked whether doctors hired by the family were going to fit a feeding tube, he said that they were assessing the situation right now.
'Because of the amount of damage to her throat she is not doing very well,' he said."

BBM

Did the hospital ever begin giving her nutrients by tube to her stomach?

So that is the part of the feeding tube that the family does not understand nor the public who insist that not feeding her was cruel and callous.

And that Dolan will not mention when he says the hospital "starved" the child.

IMO, if they are doing this, then they are most likely billing medicare, medicaid and private insurance. If they need doctors orders, then those orders have a diagnosis they are using to get insurance to pay for the treatment.

They need thoroughly investigated for their practices and potential billing fraud.

I've heard different stories- that insurance is covering this, that charitable organizations (ie Terri Shiavo Foundation) is paying for this.

All I can say is that no insurance company will pay for treatment without the proper healthcare provider's written order (which is a legal document) and it is highly unlikely that any insurance will pay for care after Dec. 12.

If so, then the insurance industry has a HUGE problem on it's hands when they deny payment for living patients, but pay for a legally dead person's care.

Is there a place to watch this online for free?

I don't either. Especially since the lawyer said before the PC that she was "in bad shape, and deteriorating". Then at the PC they were all happy and she is doing great. Can't have it both ways. Which is it? :waitasec:

I think we all know the answer to that question based on this:

I think it's important to realize that people are shocked at what is happening with the decomposing body of a 13 year old that died on December 12. Once we get past the delusional lawyer (who seems to believe that the deceased child is alive), and read affidavits sworn by medical experts, the horror of what has happened is laid out in black and white ... and it is shocking. I find it pretty much impossible to believe that anyone actually perceived the deceased as being alive.

I haven't said this before because I didn't believe it was a motivating factor but after reading the latest court release... the Dr's exam report... I absolutely believe money donations is playing a part in all this. jmo

I agree. As long as the deceased is above ground, misguided people will continue to give money.

Can't. Even. Respond. To. This. Famewhore.

Yes, I said it. She is freakin' dangerous.

The hyperbaric thing is a huge fad. It's applications are extremely limited any anyone postulating this be used on Jahi is only playing scientist with her earthly remains without a whit of ethics, of critical review, of conscience, or empathy for the family.

YOU DON'T GET TO PLAY SCIENTIST WITH HER EARTHLY REMAINS.

I am so furious that these panderers have been allowed out to pollute the hard work of reputable scientists and caregivers. Spitting mad. Spitting mad.

Someone needs to report this to the New York Medical Board. What she is proposing is absolutely unethical and is indeed Abuse of a Corpse.

I deleted my previous message because I found the interview. Now we can go word for word, I didn't hear her say her father was brain dead.

I respectfully disagree

Recent topics have been comparing physical evidence (Dr. Fiori's report to the court) with reports given by the attorney and family. I'm sorry it's about decomposition, but it's an ugly fact of what is happening. If Dr. Fiori can write about it, I can read it.

Discussions are also centering on the family claims and how they directly contradict CHO reports.

Discussion is also ongoing about the claims of people who seek to cure brain death and why medical specialists agree that can't happen.

WS is one of the few places where there is examination of facts vs. claims and discussion about them.

But it's already a court document. He can't pretend it doesn't exist.

Billing fraud is huge. The insurance company is not going to put two and two together as far as the person being deceased, unless they are alerted to it.

Especially, if there is a body in a facility that is being treated by their methods and they somehow are able to obtain physician orders for this treatment. Physician orders from doctors that don't accept brain death as death. I would also be concerned about fudging of diagnosis to get paid for the hyperbaric treatment on other patients.

Now they have this thing at the facility going on for veterans as well.

Government grants?

Dr Fiori's report discusses not only brain death and brain stem non-function, but the smell associated with suctioning stuff from the lungs, the lining of the bowels being expelled, the change in skin elasticity ... all of which happened prior to the deceased being removed from the hospital ... I can't imagine what the family is thinking. The hospital is not responsible for what has happened to this deceased child. I very much hope that the hospital takes the lawyer to task for what he has done, as this should never be allowed to happen again.

Who gets billed if all this has been court ordered. Do we know if the family had insurance to begin with?

Go Away people.

Imagine being the person whose 15 minutes of fame are connected with delaying the burial of a dead child for weeks. People should be running from this story, not towards it.
