FBI Investigating Email That Could Land Cindy In Jail #2

  • #81
But shouldn't LE be wise enough to know that procedure can easily lead to what MAY have happened with the hairbrush?

I think that early on in this investigation, LE really believed that George and Cindy would do anything to bring back Caylee. I don't think that they thought that G and C might have a plan for skewing the investigation so Caylee is never found. In other words, they did not realize that George and Cindy already knew Caylee was dead and they were going to try and save Casey. I mean, who thinks like that???

Wow, CA talked to the reporter for almost twelve minutes. Now the A's are playing without legal advise, really not very smart to say the least. CA's mouth is going to do the family in for sure, poor Caylee she deserved so much better.

CA didn't listen to to the legal advise when it was given...got to say I bet even JB wants her to have a gag order at this point...one interview GA said he tried to put his hand over her mouth--nothing shuts that lady up...

I had to come back to this after thinking about all the A's have done.
Really who in their right mind would not call the police immedilaty when they smelled the stench from that car in the tow yard? GA being x le should know better then that, and his signs a different song about the smell in the FBI and Le inviews.
But nope didn't call LE right then and there, toook the car home removed stuff , washed it adn sprayed freebreze in it to mask the stench.
The car is the potiental crime scene , and they did all that.
So this is just another tactic on a long list of the A's obstucting the investagation.
MOO but really think about it
GA should have dialed 911 as soon as he opened that trunk adn smelled the stench of decomp.

You are 100% right Nancy! If I had smell that at the towyard, how would I know that both Casey and Caylee had not been harmed in there? They immediately suspected that Casey was alive and she had killed Caylee! That was their first thought!! Now what does that tell you?

And not only did they not call the police immediately, they both claim to have gone into work!!!

(quote bolded by me)

Do I remember correctly that CA mouthed to KC during the first court appearance "there is no evidence"?

How odd that LP comes up with some comment regarding a situation AFTER the situation has come to light in the media....again. It almost could make a person wonder if he isn't just making things up as we go along, you know?

Sorry Chilly, I, like many others here, have theories that I have kept to myself until someone brings them to the front and talks about them. In many instances people will kept their thoughts to themselves for many reasons. LP isn't making things up. He simply lets the case take its course and when information he has been privy to becomes public, he then can make his statement on his theory or knowledge.

Until LE or the FBI discredits him, I will keep an open mind on what he has to say. Same goes for TM or anyone close to this case who is actively looking for Caylee not associated with the A camp of denial.

 OMG, go shopping for the day and the bombshells drop while I am gone! I can't believe after all this time that I was surprised, but I was. I guess I just can't understand how a grandmother could care so little about her own grandbaby. IMO, any thought of little Caylee was gone out of her mind within the first twelve hours after CA learned she was gone, whenever that may have really been. Its all about KC and always has been.
There is surely not one person on this board that, God forbid, being put in this same situation, and asked for their grandbaby's hairbrush to help in the investigation would not hesitate to go right out and give the authorities the RIGHT hairbrush, the one that you know they were asking for and the one that would be the MOST help to the investigators that could help you get that baby back! NO PERSON that was REALLY desperately searching for a loved one would knowingly give wrong evidence, wash found evidence, attempt to conceal given evidence, and tell lie after lie after lie to the authorities attempting to find that person! It simply would not happen. This isn’t just pathetic and deplorable. This is criminal and she should be held responsible for her actions.
If this email is legitimate and this is all true, then I can no longer bring myself to believe that this "poor grieving grandma" ever truly loved her grandbaby at all. If she had, there is NO WAY she could ever actively conceal, tamper, lie, and obstruct with the sole purpose of doing every thing in her power to make sure that Caylee Marie never receives the justice she so deserves or at least the dignity of a proper burial. And if she truly believed that Caylee was alive there would be no need to do these things at all. She's content to let her rot out there in some unknown place just as long as it keeps KC out of jail. It is vile and disgusting and I hope she is made to pay dearly for all she has done, if not by LE then most surely on judgement day.

I had been trying to have more compassion for GA and CA, but all of that went out the window when I heard about the email. If it is in fact real, CA should be charged with hindering an investigation. She should also be charged with stealing money from all of the people who have donated over the past few months to help find a live Caylee. It just makes me wonder what else she has done.

I kind of thought the same thing, Chilly. I defended him for a long time, and it's possible that he knows more than he has said so far... but it does look funny that he comments only AFTER something like this comes out.
Also.... emails can be faked pretty easily... and I trust Garrison about as far as I could throw him.

I guess Cindy thought any old hairbrush would do.

http://www.wftv.com/news/18146218/detail.html

(snips)
Eyewitness News told the FBI about it and now they're investigating whether Cindy has tried to sabotage the investigation. Our reporter confronted Cindy about the email and she said she did not purposely give investigators the wrong hairbrush.

"Did I go around and find all the hairbrushes? No, but it wasn't deception," said Cindy.

Cindy Anthony told Eyewitness News that she's not afraid of being arrested. We also found out that it is unlikely the Anthonys would be charged since they lost their granddaughter, but the issues could affect their credibility if they try to defend Casey in court.

"Did I go around and find all the hairbrushes? No, but it wasn't deception," said Cindy.

I can't believe this woman! Her granddaughter is missing! If it had been my grandchild there wouldn't have been a hairbrush left in the house. I would have said here, this is my grandchild's brush, but she also uses this one and this one.

I definitely think she cleaned the car!

So true, Tracy. Imagine...both Casey and Caylee were missing. Casey's purse sat on the front seat and Caylee's favorite doll and her carseat sat in the back. The car had been towed from a parking lot where it had been and left for days upon end--and it smelled like human decomposition. Yet this isn't a 911 moment?

George states that at first he nearly drove off the lot without even looking in the trunk.

respectfully snipped

That's Cindy's sanitized version of events. Cindy's brother Rick probably has the real story down pat. He says Casey was 8 months along at his wedding and Cindy said they asked Casey about it and she said she's not even having sex. Rick told Cindy, a nurse mind you, that they better rush Casey to the docs because she's either pregnant or has a baby size tumor that will kill her. Caylee was born a month later. Casey also used to tell her coworkers who questioned her, that she had a tumor she was going to get rid of.

Oh my freaking wow!!! I haven't heard that before and I am speechless. A tumor she was going to get rid of????!?! That's it, IMO, these people are officially NOT FROM THIS PLANET!!! :furious::furious::furious::furious::furious:

Interesting how animated she is when responding to the reporter about the email, how defensive she is. Also interesting that despite the fact that she has acknowledged to the FBI that there is likely no real Zani, she keeps saying that Zani gave this to KC, Zani gave that to Casey.

How disgusting! Granted, LG is sour over getting caught taking money for arranging interviews but I think there may be something to this ... .

And then she goes on to invite LE's/FBI to come back to the house to ck things out. Exactly what are they going to ck out?

I'm wondering now if MN learned of this deception and that prompted his removing himself from the case as George and Cindy's attorney?

My thoughts exactly.

oh jeez, again with the poor me, I haven't eaten since yesterday at noon... GMAB! How are any of her comments related to finding Caylee, whom she claims is alive?

Gee! When you put it like that, it does seem a bit unreasonable, doesn't it?:bang:

Sorry if someone posted this thought already, but did you catch the Zani is real comments, "Zani bought cd's" "She bought an air mattress to bring to Zani's"
or something close to what I wrote. Also the way she blabs it sounds like she may be on a certain substance.
I am so proud, I made it all the way through the 11min 27sec. of pure unadulterated bs. :applause:

I don't even think she cares too much about Casey. It's about HER.Her reputation as a mother and grandmother, her image,HER family.I am sorry Cindy, but things will never be the same, doesn't matter how much you want it.

And I wonder when the day is FINALLY gonna come that she realizes that her reputation is TRASHED FOR GOOD, as a mother, grandmother, citizen, as a human being????? It's done, Cindy, give it up. Unfortunately, it's only going to get worse the closer we get to the trial. We likely haven't seen any real dirt yet.

Why am i not in shock over this? This whole family is one big joke and i do think before its all said and done with there will be plenty more come out. As for saying i didnt search the house for all the brushes but it wasn't deception. Why would you not search for Caylee's brush? I dont feel sorry for this woman at all and never have and i have always felt that she knew more then she was telling. I wish LG would just come out with it NOW!

She didn't have to search for that brush. As immaculate as her home is and as organized as she is, she knew exactly where it was. She just didn't want to give it to them.

I believe it's a game of Charades to CA and Casey. Remember when Casey replied to mom"You don't know my involvement in this!" CA replied "Now... Sweetheart............"
