FBI: Seeking identification of Jane Doe 46 - poss has info identifying child victim in sexual exploitation, 13 July 2022

I can't tell if the large yellow object has some sort of bottle behind it or if it's an inflatable of some sort? On the right side of it you can see what looks like a clear mouth piece with a blue-ish ring around it. I had to zoom in to see it.

Sippy cup, like the one toddlers use.

I screenshot all the pics. I did the google reverse on each picture. The broom and pillow(sham) similar items came up as being sold at Home Depot. Again, similar items. On the tattoo, a snake and lizard came up as possible image matches. I thought for sure I would get some suggested matches on the ring. Nothing. I was hoping, maybe sold from a jewelry store that isn’t a chain store. But nothing.

After listening to the audio again a couple of times:

first voice: Stand up!
other voice: And face forward and piss
first voice again, sounding angrier: Stand up!

I'm picturing the kid on the floor refusing to cooperate.

I am not getting a significant age difference between the two women. Both adult, neither young nor old. I wouldn't rule out a 30-ish woman and her upper-40s mother (or similar). The background voice is pitched low enough that I would believe it's male, though I'm pretty sure it belongs to a female.

The accent and intonation remind me of one of my Montana relatives--though now that I think of it, she grew up in rural Florida.

I think you are right.

Though the line portion of the tattoo on the suspect is incomplete, it also appears to make an attempt at the "ribbon" design element shown in your image where the artist varies the thickness / angle of the lines to give the illusion of a twisted ribbon.

In regards to the tattoo....

Even accounting for camera blurring, the lettering seems to have 'bled' into the surrounding skin. This could suggest that the tattoo is older.

Likewise, the level of artistry in the suspect's tattoo seems to be, well, rather low. The possible 'ribbon effect' is not rendered well. Likewise, the cursive lettering lacks flourishes with the 'y' in Randy being distinctly smaller than the other letters in the name. No effort is made at shading etc.

The totality could suggest either a home done tattoo or a small town tattoo parlor. In either case, it is doubtful that the woman walked into say, an established tattoo parlor in Venice Beach, California and pointed to a design posted on the wall.
Prison tat?

It's pretty faint and blurred. I didn't hear it until other people pointed it out.

Possibly there's also a cleaned-up version; they don't seem to be interested in whoever the second speaker is.
Thanks carbuff. I replayed it highest volume with headphones and I heard something totally blurred, but nothing I could make out. I think it's like those 911 calls people post and hear things in the background that I just cannot make out. There is genetic deafness in my family so let's hope it's not that lol

Wish I could be of more help with this case. Hope they find out the sickos that did this. JMO

Yeah, I've got some of that too, though possibly not the same kind. I hear stuff but can't distinguish significant from insignificant.

This one happens to be fairly clear, which I think is because it sounds like a relative of mine who died a couple of years back. I got used to her low soft kind of blurry formerly-Florida accent.

My guess is that her tattoo represents an infinity sign with the name Randy (or BRandy?) on top of the infinity sign and the bottom is either another name or a quote maybe? It's hard to tell. Either way, the quality of the tattoo is questionable to say the least. Not very professional.
Another guess is that she's in her late 20s to early 40s and she seems to be breathing heavily, maybe she has some respiratory problems? What I know for sure is that I don't like her tone, that "stand up" sounds very aggressive.

That's it. There's a second voice in the background saying something.
My hypersensitive autistic ears heard 3 distinct voices without earphones.
I have fancy-schmancy earphones, I will put them on and listen to the audio again to see if I missed something.

My ears have absolute/perfect pitch. I have a interesting but useless gift/curse of being able to decipher tones, pitch, keys/chords, consonance and dissonance, frequencies, harmony, phonetics, phonology, basically all things auditory.
For example if my husband is watching TV and I am reading or rather not watching the TV but doing something else, if I have ever heard XYZ actors voices before I can tell my husband who the actor is without seeing their face. Another example about 12-ish years ago while I was at a bar, drunk, a woman called out my name but when I looked over I didn’t recognize anyone I knew, so I instinctively closed my eyes to focus on her voice and poof I immediately knew who she was. I had not seen her in 15 years and she didn’t look at all the same but her voice never changed!
So with all of that being said I will put on my fancy-schmancy headphones on after I water the garden and I will see (1) if I was right, and (2) if not then I will share with y’all what I did hear.

Probably not that helpful, but areas of skin on her hand and wrist are very red…. Like sunburn or some type of excoriation … imo

In my opinion, my ears hear a third person in the background saying “that’s funny”, **Edit to add** “that’s funny” is heard AFTER the statement “her face full of piss” said by a male with an accent.

JMVHO

The second person is a man. He says: “this is perfect for the piss”. He has heard saying this while Jane Doe 46 is saying “stand up”. And an additional person, a female, responds and says “that’s funny” in response to the male saying “this is perfect for the piss”.
*I stand corrected.*

(this leads me to believe that they were in fact using that dog crate with a removable tray for any bodily functions to hold the child. MOO.YMMV.)
