Off topic---but was Travon's autopsy done by a ME or a coroner? Was it done in Orlando???? Just been thinking that TM's parents should find out the answers to these questions because if the post was not done in depth some questions that they have might not be answered. Might it be necssary to exhume TM and have a second independent post done----? Dr G???????
Just thought I'd throw this out there to give us another topic to get crqzy over. And, I really expect the post to give us some answers.

If George was aggressive and wanted to murder Trayvon for "WWB", he didn't have to wait until he was on the ground and on his back.

The gun wasn't produced until George was on his back being beat up.

Trayvon didn't know about the gun, until George stuck it in his chest and pulled the trigger. A smart man doesn't run towards a gun...

We really do not know. GZ could have gone up to TM with gun drawn like he was making a citizen's arrest. And Tray sought that this weirdo was really gonna shoot him on the spot. . Just because he was black and went for the gun. Remember, he was scared and barely 17 and did not think like an adult who would have used verbal communication first.

Or he's lying and he made up the fight. We don't know what is true at this point.

I don’t know who did anything. but it takes 6 weeks and I am sure the family would have made sure an autopsy is happening.

the video evidence taken shortly after the killing does not show a severely beaten man. He was cleaned up by the fire department-did they wash and iron his clothes? The police report? When was it written? By who? The same police that sent the killer home and publicly declared his innocence prior to the conclusion of the investigation. This police dept has a history of racial incidents. The chief who just stepped down had been brought in to "clean the place up" after a previous racial incident.

HIPPA? There is nothing preventing GZ and his atty from releasing the medical records which would show his severe injuries. As of yet, I have no idea how many people in Sanford are in on the effort to cover up and whether that's because they intended to do this or because they need to cover up the shoddy police work they thought they could get away with.

GZ and family might be having trouble finding an M.D who is willing to embellish his injuries.

Ok but he wasn't a judge right?

That's why I'm asking.

People keep saying he was a judge. That's inaccurate.

And Joran's dad was not in this country so I don't think they are comparable.
Different legal systems all together.

Kimberly: The correct information has been posted over and over all day long and I posted it hours ago on the Media thread - a Magistrate in Virginia is a type of Judge who is lower on the totem pole than an elected or appointed judge. He/She often works with prisoners who have just been booked. He has limited powers and doesn't make big decisions, but it is a position of responsibility.

Here in TN a Magistrate is someone who asks prisoners if they are going to make bail or not, and passes them on to the next phase with a Sessions Judge.

If he were barely conscious, he would have been rushed to the hospital. I think there's a reason George didn't want to go to the hospital that night. MOO

Natasha Richardson did not want to go to the ER eiter and ended up dead. :(
SADLY many times we are careless with ourselvs and think it will just heal.
Not everything has some dark reason.

Martin Savidge just said on Nancy Grace that Zimmerman's clothes were taken so hopefully they were.

I'm wondering when they took his clothes, I want to see a video of GZ leaving the police station, and what he was wearing then. I wish they would leak that video !

He was a magistrate, he was not allowed to be on the bench for any trials.
He was an administrative assistant to the judges.

I don't think he is lying at all? I think he did see where George was on the bottom and Trayvon was on the top. The problem is, he did not see how it started. No one has seen how it started. Anyone that we know of anyways?

That is why forensics are going to be important. Especially on the clothes. Area's I would like to know about would be... knee area, back area, and elbow area. I also believe that Trayvon should have blood on his clothes if Zimmerman was bleeding that bad.

I will say this, his brother is very good looking, imo?

I didn't watch the interview, but I did get a chance to see flashes of him on the television.

yes, and the immediate negative reaction from GZ and his attorney regarding the brother getting some attention out of this incident gives some interesting insight into the family dynamics.....

Natasha R. may have been careless with herself but I do not believe that is the explanation for why GZ did not go to the ER.

Maybe you can help me understand this. Mr. Z claims TM was banging his head on the cement and I'm assuming that would have been with TM's hands. But GZ had no hair for TM to have grabbed onto which you might expect when you grab someone to bang their head. So TM would have had to had GZ's head in his hands which would, IMO, cause bruising to himself or scraping his knuckles at the very least. Wouldn't that be apparent after his death? jmo

Hi Lamb! In short, YEP! :truce:

IMHO, I would have anticipated observing skin lacs with dirt or debris on the hands & fingers of a perp who was actively banging a moving, struggling individual's head into/onto a hard rough surface like a sidewalk. Also I would evaluate the decedent for any and all indications that there was a struggle/fight/encounter by observing the body externally AND looking for trace evidence of ANY kind......Oh wait, that's just SOP!:banghead::banghead::banghead:

BTW: remember that the ME does get reports/information from ALL sources as needed and does have the responsibility to correlate the information provided to the factual data gathered.

THAT IS TRUE for Virginia...
but he also worked in Orange County... and I can’t find anything on it now.
EARLY in the case it was reported that prior to his retirement he was a judge in ORANGE county.

Difference is, if George really was nearly unconscious, the EMS would have taken him to the hospital without even asking his permission. It's an extreme exagerration on the families part, imo. And that's okay. They are only going by what George told them.

It was done by the medical examiner out of Volusia (Daytona) County.

I do not have a Chrystal ball... But what I do know is that Natasha R was not the only one who found that sad ending because she did not go to the ER.

I do not think any of us can read GZ's mind at all, that is only projecting.
Not sure after so much trauma, I would want to go to the ER either.
