Eight people were arrested for taking part in Mehmet's crime, which included not just the distribution but also the purchase of images, which include:
- Krunalkumar Nareshbhai Modi from New Jersey is facing a 65-year sentence for Rico or racketeering conspiracy to racketeer in money laundering.
- Frankie PineiroJr. from Groveland is charged with conspiracy to commit Rico purchase of child
and use of a two-way communication device to commit a felony, 40 years in Florida State Prison - Brett Ryan Moore from Orange City has been charged with conspiracy to commit Rico purchase of child and use of a two-way communication device, which could result in a 40-year sentence.
- Israel Cole Thompson from Lakeland has been charged with the purchase of child and the use of a two-way communication device, which could result in a 40-year sentence.
- Brett Allen Snodderly from Clearwater is facing 40 years in state prison for his contribution.
- Jacob Ross Conly from Fern Park is facing 40 years in state prison for his participation
- Kody Vance Jordan-Multi from Palm Bay is also facing up to 40 years in state prison.
- Michael Andrew Warden from Kissimmee is additionally facing 40 years in state prison.
