I think the fleece, which was outerwear was not in the house, nor were the jeans he was wearing. That is what the Lewisburg witnesses also reported.

Minazoe, note that the PSPCIA report specifically recommended a forensic audit.

The fact he left his cell phone in the car, but took his keys and wallet seems interesting. Those items were not found in the thorough search for the laptop and hard drive. Why did he take them, but leave the cell phone in the car? People who commit suicide often leave those personal possessions behind.

You can be tracked via a cell phone. A wallet and keys, no. I don’t know how effectively a person could be tracked by their cell phone back then but it was my first thought.
I think he probably walked away and is somewhere on an island playing pinochle with Mel Wiley and DB Cooper.

The phone could not be tracked if it was off. He seems to have shut it off someplace in Brush Valley.

okay that is interesting. if he shut his phone off that is some kind of conscious indication of something..I wonder how often Ray shut his phone off . Do you go out and then intentionally shut off your phone? I wonder why...I never knew this ...weird. mOO

Maybe and maybe not. Let me play Devil's Advocate.

RFG was planning to return home at some point by 4/18/05. However, he was on his day off and was not expecting anything urgent, e.g. a jury coming in. Nothing was scheduled until Monday, and that could be handled by an ADA.

Hypothetically, RFG wanted a true day off. He has voicemail. So, as not to be disturbed, he shuts the phone off. He can check his voicemail later, if he hasn't committed suicide. Something happened.

Conversely, RFG was meeting a woman for a romantic encounter. He didn't want to be disturbed, obviously, so he turned the phone off. Something happened.

The effect of turning the phone off meant that LE could find the phone (in the Mini) easily. We can't say that this was the intent.

3 cold cases have have stayed with me and this is number 3.

Simple answer: Organize crime. It's Philadelphia. Enough said.

Something to do with Second Mile charity. Days after Feds raid his office for that second mile folder and touch nothing else.

It can be solved. Just need the right lawyers and protection.

It is not Philadelphia. RFG never investigated TSM.

Suppose to say Pennsylvania.

Ray investigated Sandusky = Second Mile. I have confirmed sources. Everything is checked. We even have a POI that connects a politician.

PENNSYLVANIA as a whole, not PHILADELPHIA

I have seen no evidence of RFG every investigating the charity.

If you have all this information why not go into some real detail instead of just spewing a few sentences of nothing meaningful?

I did find out that the former Centre County DA after Gricar, Michael T. Madeira, is practicing law again and overseeing the drug task force at PA Attorney General's Office. He did a good job as a drug prosecutor before and wish him all the best.

Darn, I meant to to screen shots of those. There was some good information in there.

Can someone discuss the woman (IIRC initials BM?) who worked with RG and went missing shortly before he disappeared, then reappeared later?

Some of the stuff seemed like it could be linked, but probably was coincidental. I do believe there was pre planning involved in RG's disappearance. JMO
