Yes, I saw the "suggestion of bankrupcy." He's a house flipper and got caught with property he couldn't sell fast enough. His response - he bought more property. He moved from Jodi doing the paperwork to Diligent Title which is owned by an attorney - Anthony Surber. His speciality is short sales - unloading property in foreclosure.

Just like Richard Land, he's signing affadavits saying he's not who he is. Signing mortgages as a single man when he's married.

Iminuru has a picture of the Barnes address; there appears to be two dwellings on the property. Your discovery of another dwelling in the back of Jodi's house/trailer confirms it.

BBM Carlos didn't use Jodi's address as his place of business; he fibbed that her address was his home address. Why someone who had liquor licenses would use that address with two people on probation and both having a history of meth sales is beyond me.

I'm trying to figure out the circumstances of a litter dumping over 500 lbs offense.

Carlos S. Guerrero didn't use Jodi's address as his place of business; he fibbed that her address was his home address when filing 2009 business taxes with city of Lakeland for his nightclub. Why someone who had liquor licenses would use that address with two people on probation and both having a history of meth sales is beyond me.

Carlos S. has lived (homesteaded) at 1324 Brighton Way, Lakeland since 1990.
