Have you ever seen a date stamp on the video? I remember someone on thread #1 mentioning they saw a 2008 date stamp.

If the video was made in 2008, wouldn't it have been made in December of 2008? (I thought this was when DM met AS?) The last know sighting of AS was in April of 2009?

I know I'm being rather redundant (and possibly annoying too?) but what was Abraham's "old life"? DM said that all his friends were cokeheads and what not in an earlier post here and I believe it's quoted in one of the articles in The Ledger. Why help him back to that? Feeding him to the people who DM seemed to say were lowlifes? That's how you help someone???? Then the video has her talking to Abraham and discussing Cozumel... was his "old life" in Cozumel or some other far away location? If she'd helped him back to his "old life", wouldn't one of his people have seen him or heard from him, since 'they' were in his 'old life'? (Eddie Dixon, his cousin, his mother, etc...)

I think my biggest question is... "How can you help a person return to their "old life" and help them vanish or disappear at the same time?"

I question how well Moore even knew Abraham. I've gone over every article in The Ledger and just about everything she's said about Abraham can be found there. He mentions missing his old life, a girlfriend, etc. I think she created her story based primarily on news articles so it could be verified. The only new piece of information was bribing an official for his driver's license.

"Old life" I took to mean being able to go out and about without people knowing you are a millionaire and wanting something from you.

DM & Stitzel must have been meeting with Cedric Lewis. There is some reason he shut down the company in Sept of '08. It feels like there was already a plan in place. And why would Cedric have Jodi's address as part of a mortgage transaction - he obviously didn't want his name/address associated with it.

Moore was inspired by Barbara's comments about how Abraham had changed her life - views about money. Barbara introduced Moore to Abraham. Don't forget - these are con artists - I doubt it was a chance meeting. I wish we knew the date of the conference.

I didn't realize that all the articles could tell DM what she needed to know. I'm not sure if anyone can verify the driver's license information, can they? Do we know for sure if AS has a DL? Do we know if AS had a DL that was revoked or suspended? If a person can't read or is considered as being illiterate, can that person obtain a DL legally?

I haven't been able to find anything in the articles. I've just started searching around for conferences in the Tampa or Orlando area in that time frame using Barbara's name. It sounds like she was a speaker at the conference.

You are raising excellent questions; ones we have all asked. Regarding paying off an official - only Dee has thrown out that zinger. Have no idea what to think.

At the point, where she asks him if he's tired of people asking him for money... and she says, "give me your opinion on it?"...

I know I mentioned this before, but by viewing it this way, when he looks at her/the camera... his face... his eyes... his hesitation... his pause... again, I have to say... speaks volumes about nothing being ok!!!

He says he's "been tired of it... a year ago..."

Can you make out what DM is saying at approx the 40-45 second point?

Possible "Friends of Abraham" Transactions - Abraham possibly gave a cash gift to help these friends pay off their mortgages. The gift is recorded as a mortgage transaction and AMP wants to collect on these gifts. This is the reason Abraham Shakespeare, LLC was created - it's filed as a collection agency.

Diane Black & Patricia Brandon - Jointly own home on 648 W 4th St, Lakeland
4/2/07 They pay off their mortgage - held by relatives
4/1/09 Mortgage between Diane Black-Riley and S&A is filed; amount is $14,752.00. No mention of Patricia Brandon, paperwork is dated 3/11/07, legal description is transposed, and name doesn't match property history.
5/6/09 Assignment of Mortgage transfer to AMP; paperwork is dated 1/15/09; Abraham and Howard Stitzel sign. Diane Black along with Carl Riley listed on Homestead.
11/23/09 Transaction with city of Lakeland; property owners are listed as Patricia Brandon & Diane Black
Basically, this Assignment of Mortgage is hidden from the rest of the property history because the legal description has been transposed and Diane's last name is different.

There's a couple more that follow a similar pattern as above now transferred to Moore/AMP.

Abraham had a suspended driver's license; he was then got another ticket on 11/24/08; charge was no driver's license. The sentence was adjudicated guilty.

Well, as far as we can tell, Abraham was alive in March 2009 and April 2009.

Nothing else concrete from that time.
Eight months of no one seeing him or hearing from him.

And no more driving with no driver's license.

How can so many people be involved in taking advantage of one man who won the lottery?

I can understand human greed and selfishness.
I don't like it.
But this is a large assortment of people and fake businesses and shady dealings.
All designed to make money for themselves and none for the person
who had a little bit of money.

Did DM step over the ethical line? Yep.
Did DM step over the moral line? Yep.
Did DM step over the line ...and make someone, Abraham, disappear?
It sure looks like it.

Regarding the DL, it seems as though AS didn't have a valid DL. What was the point of DM bringing up the "payoff to a public official" stuff? I know the DL is not the focus of this case, DM's comment about a DL caught me off guard and I couldn't stop thinking about it's relevance.

Again, I'm sorry for being redundant and repeating myself, AS story is sticking with me and I just want to see it solved. I'm so mad that it appears he'd been so taken advantage of.

I'm gonna try to read the financial stuff and make sense of it. The property and LLC's and all of that stuff thoroughly confuse me.
