I can tell you, with near certainty, that the James Moore & Robert Moore (James' dad) aren't anything to do with all this stuff. Those are very common names, and the ones listed aren't DM's ex husband and ex father in law. I got in touch with James about a year ago, and we are myspace friends. I'm friends with other people who are friends with him. His father owns his own company, and you have to understand, Plant City is a small town where word spreads fast, and everyone knows everyone practically. If they were in some elaborate schemes faking deaths, word would have gotten out.
Iminuru, I think alot of your research is spot on, but I feel the thoughts that James & Robert are faking deaths is way off base. Now, I can't speak for DeeDee, because I'm further removed from her, but if she were faking deaths or death certificates, I think James and/or Robert would have blown a whistle on her. The Moore family you have to understand are just good ole honest country people who just wouldn't do stuff like that.
Now, as for the 2001 incident with the false reports and all, they were married at the time, so chances are he knew about it.....I don't know what to say about that....Hopefully he didn't really know she was doing that.
I guess I'm just trying to say, that he was such a good friend at one point, that I want to believe he's not involved in any of these shady dealings.

Iminuru, please continue your research as you were doing. I just wanted to let you all know, the Moore family (DM excluded from that) are good people.

Because the list was so overwhelmingly huge, I took out tons that were before 2000... then spaced them what was left... what do ya make of it? Change a name, spelling, middle initial/name etc to re-use? They die, come back to life, die again etc..? I think the name Moore is a very common name and there will be many people with the same name who have the surname Moore. For example, there are 606 people with the name Doris Moore who died listed on the Social Security Death Index. 28 of those has the last residence listed as Florida, 17 got their Social Security cards in Florida. There are 5,735 Mary Moore's who have died. There are 7194 James Moores on the Social Security Death Index. Unless you have a date of birth that matches, then it is very likely you have a list of different people with the same name who have died who have no connectionto each other, let alone to this case. Also, as a previous poster who really seems to know about filings pointed out, it is not unlikely for a death certificate to be filed several times in relation to whatever legal matter they are trying to sort out for the estate. So you can have several filings of a death certificate on different dates, in different counties, and even in different states, all for the same person. The fililng dates change, but the date of death remains the same. Just to give you an example, the Doris Moore from Hillsborough County actually died on 3/25/2003. Granted, some consipiracy theories are later proven to be fact, but when you are using real people's names and reputations, I think it is better to post just facts.

Susan, you bring up really good points here!! And I totally agree with what you've said! I just think it's so overwhelming (to all of us, I'm sure....I know it is to me) how extensive this case really is, and the web of deceit that has been uncovered so far (and knowing we probably don't know everything there is to know about said "web"!!) It's so hard to believe, yet here it is...like a twisted bad Lifetime movie, that someone could be so dishonest, evil, deceitful etc. Sometimes I know I feel like "nothing will surprise me anymore" when I'm reading some of the stuff DM is tied to.

Just show me some proof, a specific case, where it was done. So far, all I'm seeing is a bunch of death certificates with a bunch of different people who have died and their death certs being filed for legitimate legal reasons. If you say someone is using their name (identity theft), can you show me where this was done? Post some links to your proof.

Does my lame explaination help... I don't mean these guys, the named individuals, had anything to do with anything here... but someone else is using names on papers... these names here are only a small drop in the bucket of names used to do "paperwork" by someone else... and yes it is part of a huge elaborate scam... it's a paper scam scheme to fraud and avoid... sorry I dont mean to throw ya's off with this... but from what I looking at, it is real and its been going on far back into the 90's as well...all the "names" used, not the actual people... just some person is very very greedy.. one of the things that it does, is shuffle papers such as properties... so to avoid tax etc...

It goes far back... way before AS...

I'll leave it go.
