Jurors names were used, and their names are not public at this time. Kudos to the guy on the mute button. He missed only once or twice. In the future, the judge should use their numbers.

Thank you. That explains the volume problems perfectly.

I was not a member of WS when this happened but I did follow the case very closely....wild to see from the beginning to now.....this chick is a piece of work!

But I do have a question...this gentleman on the witness stand right now, was he ever on her side or did he turn states witness after LE was on to her....I know I could go back and read....but I am TRYING to work...lol....so if I could just have a little back story on that...Please and thank you!

My only problem with the chat room is that it won't leave a trail for people who couldn't watch to follow when they go to catch up.

and does this guy know Abraham is dead at this point?

Greg Smith started out helping her for money. He made a phone call to Abraham's mother for her in December when Dorice had taken his mother to Cracker Barrell and pretended to be Abraham. But the Polk County detectives got Abraham's mother's cellphone and traced the number back to Greg Smith. When they went to confront him, he was in a parking lot in a car with Dorice. After they told him they were working on a murder investigation, Greg said he would turn on her and work with them. In these conversations, he is wearing a police wire.

Hi everyone. I'm watching from home today. I took off to go to the trial but didn't have a babysitter so I am watching the livestream. Sometimes this is better than being in the courtroom. I heard that she was supposed to take the stand. I can't go back to the courthouse until Friday so I hope that I don't miss it.

At this point, detectives suspected Abraham was dead, but the body was not found. Greg was instrumental in finding the body. Dorice asks Greg if he knows someone who will take the fall for Abraham's disappearance, Greg says yes, and the detectives arrange for him to introduce Dorice to a Lake Wales (?) undercover cop. Dorice then later shows Greg where the body is buried so they can dig it up and gives him a Smith and Wesson which she said was the gun used to kill him.

Those conversations with Dorice and the undercover police I believe were taped and I believe we should hear the ones with Greg Smith while he is on the stand.

Hi Christi, If I was in the Courthouse when she testifies, I'm not sure I would not be thrown out for rolling my eyes. Her stories are so farfetched it would be hard not to roll your eyes.
I wonder what the Judge will do if the jurors start rolling their eyes.

When Dee Dee Moore first approached Greg Smith she offered him $300 to make a phone call for her to tell an unknown person that he saw Abraham in Florida at a strip club. Greg Smith did that but didn't know who the call was too or why. At least that is our understanding. He didn't know at that time that the call was to a detective.

Then Dee Dee asked him to make another phone call to a woman and tell her that he was Abraham calling. Again, he didn't know who he was calling, he was just doing it for the money. He didn't know he was calling Abraham's mother. He never met Abraham's mother so he didn't know her.

After the phone call was made, then LE traced the call to Greg Smith because he used his own cell phone to make the calls. LE trailed via GPS to find Greg Smith when he met with Dee Dee in a parking lot and after she left they grabbed him and took him to the police station and that's when they told him he called a detective and Abraham's mother, and asked him if he would be a confidential informant for them.

From that point on then all the phone calls between Smith and Moore were recorded by LE. So now we're listening to some of those phone calls.

No, he didn't know Abraham was dead until April 2010.

These calls were in late fall of 2009.

I would think those little strings of hair falling in her face would drive her crazy. She keeps pulling them back. Why doesn't she just pull all the hair back?

He is doing my head in now muting everything because of a few cuss words. Jeez.

Yeah she promised Cedric to give him back his car, to pay off his mortgage, to pay his bond if he got arrested.

Listening to this she makes me sick! Knowing she had killed that poor man!

There you be. Dorice is sitting there talking to Greg Smith as if Abraham is still alive. So, at this point, he only knows what the detectives suspect and Dorice's lies about how Abraham is running from the law.
