12/04/2009 LE interviewed Dee Dee Moore again (unrecorded). She claimed she was trying to contact everyone she could to find Abraham Shakespeare.

12/30/2009 LE had another meeting with Dee Dee in the Target parking lot. Det. Dave Clark had other detectives close by watching because of the sexual advances Dee Dee had made toward him prior.

I believe the court is getting ready to set up that 12/30/09 meeting audio or video...

I think he is doing pretty well with what he has to work with. It's like he just woke up and pulled out the claws. He has to establish a reasonable doubt in the minds of the jury and that looks like what he is going for. Seems more aggressive than he has prior to this.

:blushing::blushing: Well in her defense I have heard that sex does indeed relieve stress. So there for she was telling the truth.

I've heard that too but it went on to disclose that it is only with someone that will never bite you in the buttocks, otherwise stress may be the least of your worries....

Thank you. She is only been at Websleuths for a short time. Wow, what a piece of work she is.

Yes. However, the work that lbminnesota and other members did went on and on and a detective was interested in the research. I don't remember the detective's WS name but IIRC, he/she posted a few times.

The sleuthing done on this case was just superb. I couldn't keep up with it myself!

Using sex to manipulate would be a logical method that has worked for Moore in the past. Makes me want to get sick, actually.

Another thing I remember was that I went :thud: when they found Abraham at that house. Lbminnesota and team had posted a pic of that house on WS months prior!

Yes that is correct, we (as the posters here) had access to view photos of the house, google searches, property records, etc. before that information ever appeared in any media reports. And it was Lbminnesota who provided those first photos that lead the other websleuthers to search more and more into this case.

And you're right, we ALL fell on the floor when we found out Abraham was buried in the back yard of that same house.

Regarding the cross, the defense attorney tried to show that the detective was rude to DD. Notice nothing about her language towards him or her sexual advances!

In addition, he was trying to say that the detectives were suffering from tunnel vision by focusing mainly on DD.

His problem is that his client constantly lied and made up convoluted stories which included many other people.

The jury already knows that DD called people and bribed them to lie for her. That's just one of the many red flags that were up in this investigation.

His cross was amazingly short, considering that this witness was on the stand for nearly 2 days. I believe he knew that all his questions about other possible POI's would end up coming back to DD.

I have a great deal of respect for this attorney (must remember his name). He managed to get around any number of mine fields which could blow up in his face.

His generally short cross examinations, for the most part, show that he does not ask a question for which he doesn't know the answer. He also knows that many of his questions would not have answers favorable to his client.

The Defense Attorney surprised me because up to now I saw very little energy from him. He also asked a very legitimate question about other people who owed Abraham a lot of money who would also have a motive. The detective did come back with that she had his assets, was living in his house, etc. More important, Abraham was not found in anyone's backyard but the house Dorice's AMP company owned. I also thought it was a good tactic on his behalf to state that although Dorice could not prove that she paid for the assets, they could not prove that she did not pay for them. I would have thought with access to all her bank records and with that large a payment, they would have been able to prove she did not have the funds to pay Shakespeare. I guess not, though.

Who is that on the stand now?

Greg Smith is on the stand, and I believe he is the one who gave the card to Ms. Walker and then turned on Dorice and worked with the cops, introduced Dorice to the undercover officer, got the gun from Dorice, and the one she showed where the L shaped metal over the body was.

He's a barber and long-time friend of Abraham. He paid his debt to DD and she asked him to make calls to LE and Abraham's mother. Later, he made more calls.

Dinner calls, I hope you all can keep me up with what I miss!

Greg Smith on the witness stand:

- Dee Dee Moore paid him $300 to call Dave Wallace. She gave him the phone number. That was in December 2009. He was told to tell Wallace that he seen Shakespeare in Miami in a strip club. He was to tell Wallace that he knows it was Shakespeare because he found his wallet and it had Shakespeare's name in it. Dee Dee Moore told Smith to make sure to wipe the pay phone down after the call. But he just made the phone call and left. Dee Dee did pay him the $300.00.

- Dee Dee Moore wanted him to make another phone call to Abraham's mother and tell the mother that he was Abraham, and that he was okay but out of town, and that he couldn't come back into town because there was a warrant for his arrest for raping some girl. But that he was okay and he would get back with her. Dee Dee Moore and gave him (Abraham's mother) Elizabeth Walker's phone number.

Plan was that Dee Dee was taking Mrs. Walker to a restaurant where he was suppose to make the call at that time. Dee Dee told him the time would be around 7pm otherwise she would text him when to make the call. She would text him the letter "c" when he was to make the call. He made the call from his own personal phone.

He then met with Dee Dee Moore at the Lakeland Mall. She was in a white Chevy Truck. The purpose was to get together to make a phone call for Dee Dee Moore so they could talk about calls already made and what to do next.

- He taped his conversations with Dee Dee Moore with a tape recorder hidden in a Red Bull can. Recordings were turned over to the Sheriff's office.

Sure would be nice if TampaBay.com would tell you they're going off line instead of them just pulling the plug, especially right in the middle of a witness testimony. :banghead:
