*Calendar Status Hearing for both (@ 9am ET) - FL - Adelynn Merrell (3) (Nov. 10, 2017, Crestview) – *Destinee Jade Merrell (23/now 26) ("mom") charged & indicted (11/13/17) with 3 counts of child neglect w/o great bodily harm & 1 count of aggravated child cruelty & 1 count of accessory to murder after the fact. Plead not guilty, no bond. DA will not seek DP.
Trial was set to begin on 10/5/20 has been continued to no further dates.
