Thanks Limecat [emoji3] IICR it was never clarified how many burners were left on. Still one of my biggest questions. It it was one I think it's just a coincicence. If more than one hopefully the truth comes out. And I hope this doesn't end up being one of those cases where no one ever knows what really happened.

In the HLN news interview video, the cousin said all the burners were on.

It was clarified in the video showing the inside of the home. ALL burners on the stove top (it was a glass flat stove, electric) were on, and the 'pot' was a frying pan with oil in it, still on the stove top in the video. And two other knobs were turned on, which I assume were to the oven.

I just had a thought about the stove...... In one of the photos of the home, there was a window air conditioner, so I don't know if they had central air or not, but at any rate, could the stove have been turned on to HEAT the house so the air conditioner would be running and making noise to hide any other noises?

He may not even have taken Diana there. May have been somewhere else first.

I think it's possible Diana was in the car and Jorge ran back in and turned the burners on. He had who he wanted so if parents woke up he would just run out and take off. Pedos can be pretty brazen.

You are right. We have no idea if Diana was ever even brought to Okeechobee.

I still continue to believe his kidnapping motive are the same as 99.9% of kidnappings where the suspect is no kin to the child. He lived with Diana and her family for nine months. He had plenty of opportunities to kidnap her in those 9 months if it was to take her back to her father. If he was planning on kidnapping her he certainly wouldn't have thrown out red flags making him look sexually interested in Diana. He would want to fool the family so that their guard would continue to go down not up to the point of making him leave because of his abnormal behavior.

I do believe he came inside of their home. If the central air was running a lot of the older units are quite loud. When Guy Heinz Jr came in to a trailer not even this big he was able to murder all 8 victims inside while they slept. It showed me suspects can get in without anyone being aware even if there are multiple people in the trailer or home.

He knew the layout of their home by then like the back of his hand. He had not long been moved out. He would know where the obstacles were. Some moms will keep a skillet on top of the stove with oil in it if they fry certain things often. They will reuse the same grease until it needs changing. I do believe he came in to get Diana and upon leaving he turned the stove on.

Over the years we have seen complete pedophile strangers enter a home when it was pitch black and were able to navigate the layout of the home just fine without ever waking up anyone inside. In many cases the dogs never barked either whether it was a stranger pedo or someone who was an acquaintance of the family. To JG this home wasn't difficult to navigate. He knew the entire setup. He knew what could be heard or muffled during the night. He would know if her stepdaddy was a heavy sleeper. All those things he would already know. He may have even known her mom usually got up once during the night to feed her baby a bottle. He could have been waiting outside to watch the lights go on and then back off once she had gone back to bed. JG knew much more than other pedophiles who were able to do the same thing who didn't even know the victim nor had ever been inside of the victim's home before they came in to kidnap the child without anyone hearing a thing.

Diana's father would know the Mexican authorities would constantly be checking his home and family members in Mexico as long as Diana remained missing. If he was going to take his children he would take all three and not just the little girl he seemed to have an inappropriate attraction to.

This has everything to do with Jorge himself and his desires. IMO. He didn't kidnap Diana for honorable reasons. He kidnapped her because he had become obsessed with her and once he was kicked out of their home the only way he could be around her was to kidnap her from her family.

That is what I believe.

I too was hoping he humanized her, that he wouldn't kill her. I had hope that she was alive with him, maybe like in Hannah Anderson's case.

Now, because she is not with him, I fear he might have killed her in the way most child predators kill their victims, dead almost immediately, or within a few hours. Just like a random child abductor might do. Jmo.

Maybe he passed her off to someone else to give her back to her biodad, as mentioned. Best possible scenario right now.

The banner says 'arrested' but the reporter says 'detained' And JG is expected to be in court tomorrow morning? A Sunday? For what? Has he been charged with something LE isn't saying? LE are so tight lipped I'm beginning to think JG is not involved OR is a middle man, and Diana may just be safe somewhere!!

I am going to tell something personal. I am a victim of grooming and molestation. I was very much a human to him, but yet, had it come to that yes he would have killed me and himself. Let's just say i figured out what was happening to me in time. I was 5 years older than little Diana though. Of course this is just my experience and opinion...and after what i went through I truly did distance myself from the entire subject of how sexual predators work...

I had the same thoughts, even posted them early Thursday morning but had the post removed ( sorry mods ). Must have worded it wrong so have only just been lurking since as I don't want to cause any problems. I am really really hoping that is the case as it would mean Diana is safe and well.

Sadly I am very worried for Diana. I do believe he took her for his own nefarious reasons. I do believe LE has the right guy. Many Agencies are involved including the FBI. The frying pan tells me he had his agenda.

In some jurisdictions the Judge does hold court on Saturday and Sunday. This way some who can be granted bail doesn't have to spend the entire weekend in jail. I imagine the Judge presided over some other cases early this morning as well. It keeps the jails from being so congested.

He would not be going before the Court if he wasn't charged with anything. Imo, they have arrested him and they have charged him with some type of crime. Now it may be a lower offense so that they will be able to hold him while they continue to investigate and look for Diana. LE seems to be using that tactic quite often lately.

Scary thing is he probably knows that people think he handed her off to her dad. So he could use that excuse to cover what he really did. LE is going to need to rely on forensics
