Some thoughts. Did JG originally plan to kill Diana when he allegedly abducted her, or just run away with/abuse her? Even if it was not his original conscious intention to kill Diana, she might have really resisted in the sexual assault, cried, screamed, said she wanted to go home, or said she was going to tell...or the SA was just implemented so violently...

Any updates from court yet?

I don't think he planned to kill her. I hope not anyway. But once it was all happening and the pressure is on...

This clown may have put his cellphone in a cardboard box and shipped it to an address in Arizona in order to send the cops on a wild goose chase in the event they were trying to follow the phone pings. The phone pings may have been logged while heading right down the Interstate in the back of a UPS truck. He could have mailed the package to anybody he knew in Az. I don't really see how the State of Arizona could factor into this unless his brother headed over there or something. There wasn't enough time for him to make a trip over there and back in two or three days.

I think this guy got what he wanted, and once the thrill of the chase was over with, he most likely killed this little girl so she couldn't tell the real story, like so many of the predators do.

I have no doubt he intended to kill her parents along with everybody else in the house so that the cops were sifting through ashes for a week. When that plan failed after the phone call from the parents, the entire equation changed. He knew at that point that the hunter had just become the hunted. His intention may have been to keep her alive and keep her for himself as long as the cops thought she had gotten burned up in a fire.

The chances she's alive and being held by a third party ?........almost nil.

Steelman, i tried to quote you, but somehow it didn't work. As i have said as a former victim, I only have experience of one SO, but i feel they all have similarities. Meaning, he covered his tracks with me and made me to cover them too. I struggle to understand myself now, but he had a gun in a country where most people don't. Their needs are more important than the victim's. Loss of reputation, job, status.. i fear the worst. And if i am wrong i couldn't be happier! So sad.

Unfortunatelty, I feel like she won't be found. They are going to need him to give up the info. Unless he is really really stupid...Okeechobee is just the perfect place to get rid of a body permanently.

Almost sounding like they have no evidence of anything so for to book him on.
They had that car on the amber alert since Thurs, would they have not found evidence of her back yet? If she was in that car?

To me it boils down to something very simple. Who would Diana have gone with willingly at 6 a.m. without putting up a fight, sounding an alarm, screaming, or raising a big stink of some kind ? Bio mom, step dad, bio dad, Guerrero. Those are our four choices. Everyone has been accounted for that morning except for Guerrero.

I think he planned this out for a couple of weeks and deliberately set things up to create confusion either in the event that he got away with it, or in the event that he didn't. Since obliterating her entire family in a house fire failed to work, part 2 of the plan was enacted, which means distancing himself from everything in whatever manner necessary, including the elimination of witnesses.

All he can do at this point is sit in a jail cell and deny everything and force the cops to prove he's the guilty party. Hopefully they will be able to do that, thus their return trip to the parents house in order to try and find additional evidence that he was there that morning. I think they have the right guy in custody, but he's going to force them to prove it. A lot of the confusion surrounding his whereabouts in the last week may well have been orchestrated by Guerrero himself.

In my opinion they are going to have one heck of a time pinning the house or car on him. Heck he lived there and he took the kids out for food in the car. Any defense attorney could score a home run with that one.

And I am not settling on only the four you mentioned. Something has been off with all of this since the beginning. I can remember step dad crying that he knew she was dead. All of a sudden a light goes on and it's Jeorge?

Too many stories going around. My prayer is that Diana is sitting in Mexico with bio dad and all others are drama kings and queens.
