[/h]Fort Myers, Florida United States Attorney A. Lee Bentley, III announces the return of an indictment charging Jorge Guerrero-Torres (28, Orlando) with possession of child 









and production of child 









. If convicted, he faces a maximum penalty of 20 years in federal prison on the possession charge, and minimum mandatory sentence of 15 years, up to 30 years, in federal prison on the production charge. Guerrero-Torres was arrested and made his initial appearance in federal court on June 6, 2016, in Fort Myers. He remains detained pending further proceedings
