Going by that logic, the lack of chloroform and invisible nanny would suggest that they are not connected.

Not to mention THIS child was reported missing before 31 days.

What I find even stranger is that this location is not that far north of Orlando, this little girls name in Haileigh Maria and it sounds a lot like Caylee Maria. They both have dirty blond hair and brown eyes.

Is it possible there is a serial child killer out there and we haven't put it together yet. They do exist, look at Walsh.

Thats probably not the case in this instance since KC didn't report angel Caylee missing for 31 days and probably would have never reported her if it wasn't for CA.
These people called within a semi short time frame.

The dogs tracked the scent to the water, then we heard a jon boat was taken. If she was kidnapped, i wonder if the abductor would have left with her by a jon boat to another location. They should be checking all the areas around that river, and how far does the water span in miles? A lot of people just leave their jon boats at their own docks. Someone could have stole a jon boat with Haleigh and then transported her to another larger boat or vehicle somewhere off the route of that river.

That is a horrible thought, but it could fit. If you were watching a kid in the neighborhood one that is supervised by a teen who is home alone until 3:30am would be a good target. Do we know if that SO had victims this young?

Also curious if any of these players have criminal records? Dad? Bio mom? The 17 year old is a minor so we are not likely to find that. Bio mom has posted her phone number and cell phone number in myspace posting to guys that are not Chad in the not to distant past. I think October, but would have to look again.

(If you search bio moms name with Florida google will come up with her phone number, search that number and it comes up on a myspace posting that includes her cell number, google the cell and you get another myspace posting).

As to prior problems, it looks like there could be from this statement...

Police had never been called to the home in the past — but there have been prior problems with Cummings, Croslin and the children, said Putnam County Capt. Steve Rose.

"There have been some investigations done through the department of children and family," Rose told FOX News on Wednesday. He didn't elaborate.

No, I don't want to argue about anything at all. I just have a different opinion and don't see the similarities in the cases at all. I certainly don't mean it to offend you. It's just my opinion.

...and then returned it back to the dock at their house? I agree with a prior poster that LE is going to CSI the boat for blood probably.

If in the possible scenario that the gf would go out and leave the children unattended at night, returning before dad got home, and a SO was stalking them, watching the house, he would only have to wait for the right night to strike.
Either the gf wasn't home so fudged details that she can't keep straight, or she had something to do with it. On the 911 call she goes between sounding concern upset, to back to normal sounding. Once dad is there she is upset again. Probably knows she did something she wasn't supposed to.

I've been thinking the same thing. I wonder if the GF had been trying to find her before Dad came home and was afraid of his wrath when he discovered she'd been taken while in her care?

This could likely be the maternal grandmother that called CPS. She says Haleigh had bruises and smelled like pot, I would hope she called. Getting a 17 year old to talk about things she shouldn't be saying would not be difficult, if she said something that mom's side of the family then used in a complaint, dad/boyfriend would likely shut that line of communication down.

I cant help but think if the g/f is involved and she took the time to lift a heavy cinder block to hold the screen door open to make it look like an intruder she would of taken the time to damage the door somehow to make it appear more like an intruder had broken in. The cinder block just doesnt make sense to me.

Maybe it's because setting cinder block down can be done quietly if you are very careful, while bashing a door in may alert neighbors or Haleigh's little brother?
