Do people really say "Whats the numerical?" That sounds odd to me. I would think they would say "whats the house number?".

I would wonder what someone meant by "Whats the numerical"? too. Is this southern thing maybe?

How could it be the dad if he was at work? Why would the dad beg Tim Miller and Co to stay and search if he is the guilty party? It seems he would be glad that the search is coming to an end. I don't believe it is the dad.

I don't either.
With his arrest record he was very quick to call 911.
He was not worried about himself.
He had a raw emotional response, angry but a response nonetheless.
His story has not been changing that I have seen.
I wouldn't call him charming or endearing, but I don't think he harmed his child.

Misti I don't want to think that about, and still somewhat don't, but there is something wrong there.

I find it disturbing. But I also find it disturbing that they sell low-rise jeans for toddlers and all sorts of other "sexy" clothing for toddlers and up. I find it even crazier that parents dress their children in the crap. People today just amaze me.

I believe child support goes by your income on the child support worksheet. That is probably all she could afford...MOO

I believe that to be correct, as a payroll manger if a court has ordered the child support I first fill out a worksheet verifying the gross wages and hours, which is what the monthly amount is based on. I then return it to the support agency then a court order of support comes back to me and I garnish wages accordingly. Here in CO I believe it is based on a state legal percentage of disposable income.

btw I reported to myspace that they had an active sex offender profile on their site, with friends that are minors... I am floored that it is still up. I also contacted the NC police department about the young boy that was added to his page the day before Chad disappeared.

There is a cached page for two days before he disappears, his profile pic is different.

Also look at his video subscriptions. Maybe I am getting old (well no maybe there) but those girls do not look 18 at all to me. Isn't the current theory that our 12 year olds look 18, not our 18 year olds look like middle schoolers? I hope they have checked on all the minors on his page.

Funny you should mention this, I heard the other day that here in VA they removed all known myspace pages of RSO's. However I know of 2 that are still on there. Hopefully they can crack down on this and not allow myspace to be an avenue to hurt children.
