The quote I posted above is direct quotes from Misty. The reporter on now.. is she interviewing Misty or "reporting" what she heard... I just do not take stock in reporters FACTUALLY reporting. If it is coming from a reporter it is heresay unless Misty is on the camera and stating something different.

The reporter on the live feed just stated that both parents have prior records for drugs, but she emphasized that the charges against Ronald were dropped or dismissed by the court. Crystal has had drug charges and a misdemeanor record, in addition to filing a false report of car damage.

There's been an ongoing custody dispute since 2005. I found the court documents last night in Putnum county and find it interesting that the court gave primary custody to Ronald, with visitation to Crystal, with the stipulation that visitation is at the father's discretion in regards to the children's safety. There's also a stipulation that Crystal cannot take the children out of Florida.

It's very unusual to give sole custody to one parent instead of shared custody. There more here than we know.

The reporter sort of implied that the story was different today.
I understand exactly where you're coming from.
It's very frustrating that people can't get simple facts straight, especially when it relates to a lost little girl.

Truer words were never spoken! Don't the family realize that its standard procedure for their backgrounds to be looked at? You'd think they'd not care as long as they find Haleigh!
