Gee, that's not suspicious or anything -- have an argument with your wife, supposedly drop her off near an interstate, your pickup is in flames a few hours later, and the deceased wife's body is found the next day.

Imo.

“Sadly, on the afternoon of Jan. 20, the victim was found deceased off State Road 46 near Pit Bull Lane by a property owner who discovered her lying just off the roadway,” Ivey said. “Our crime scene unit subsequently responded to the area to process the scene as well as the medical examiner’s office that is working closely with our team to develop any evidence in the case.

don't know his date of birth and not allowed to sleuth him if he hasn't been named a suspect

If they know where he is, and they're not overly concerned about his whereabouts, my guess is, he is being held on charges that have nothing to do with his wife's disappearance. JMO

Brian Estep has been arrested and charged with first-degree premeditated murder with a firearm and tampering with evidence.

So I'm assuming they'll extradite him at some point. If his truck was in Port St John, FL then someone had to help him get to WV. Who is his accomplice?

Snip:
Estep is being held without bond in the Mercer County Jail in West Virginia.

Hours after Estep was questioned, his truck was found on fire in Port St. John.

Brevard County Sheriff Wayne Ivey posted a message on Facebook accusing Brian Estep of trying to cover up the crime.

“Despite Brian Estep’s fabricated alibi, his attempts to destroy crucial evidence and just the disgusting evil in his heart, our BCSO agents and crime scene investigators were able to directly connect him to Amber’s murder so that justice can be served and her family can hopefully have closure in her death,” Ivey said.
Estep is in the Southern Regional Jail awaiting extradition.

Latest article I could find. Looks like it took a while for Amber to get back to her family as police would only release her body to her "next of kin' which is defined as the spouse in this case, Brian, who killed her.

BREVARD COUNTY, Fla. —
Brian Estep, who Brevard County deputies arrested after his missing wife was later found dead, has now been indicted for murder.

According to officials, the Brevard County grand jury issued a first-degree premeditated murder indictment for Estep on Tuesday in connection to the death of his wife, Amber, earlier this year. He was also issued an indictment for tampering with evidence related to a capital felony.

News 6 reporter James Sparvero learned that Amber worked with a man at a hotel named Jerry Brown. Brown said he and Amber were not more than friends.

Brown is believed to be the last person to see Amber alive in January. He said he was driving when he saw the couple, and Brian Estep lost his temper.

“You could visibly tell he was screaming and yelling at her pointing at my truck,” Brown said. “I looked at my buddy who was riding beside me and I was like, ‘Hey man, that’s the guy I was telling you about from work that’s accusing me of stuff with his wife.”

So, per the video, the son Lane torched the pickup to hide evidence and is also charged.

A Cocoa man has been charged after Brevard County deputies say he helped to coverup the killing of his mother by his father, Brian Estep, in Port St. John in January.

Lane Estep, 18, was arrested by West Virginia State Police on March 29, a day after his father, 42-year-old Brian Estep, was also taken into custody for the killing of his wife Amber Estep in a wooded area off State Road 46 in Port St. John, according to a Facebook post by Brevard Sheriff Wayne Ivey.

[….]
Authorities later upped the charges to include accessory after the fact to a capital crime and tampering with evidence, both felonies.
