Suspect turns self in after missing Titusville woman's body found in trunk of car
Authorities announced on Thursday that they have Courtney Dawn Gibson, 27, in custody after a nationwide search. She reportedly turned herself in to police in Tennessee.​

Glad to know she's off the streets and that both TN & FL has the death penalty.

A Florida woman wanted in connection with the disappearance of a woman whose body was found in the trunk of the suspect’s car in Tennessee has turned herself in, say police.


On Thursday, following a nationwide manhunt, Courtney Dawn Gibson, 27, surrendered to police in Lebanon, Tennessee, after being on the run for days in connection with the disappearance of Anne Primavere, 36, the Titusville Police Department in Florida announced in a statement.

Here's your suspect with what appears to me to be visible meth sores. She is the mother of the child that was taken into protective custody. Unclear at this time what the living situation was but seems Wang was renting out rooms in his home to women including victim and perpetrator.

If meth (or similar) is not involved, I'll eat my hat. And that child, eating dirt, with signs of obvious abuse -- is that the child whom she babysat? if so, that cinches the meth probability, imo.
And the mattress -- hmm, a bit of evidence, now burned and possibly yielding, what, nothing? Let's hope there's at least something left. Someone was sober enuff to try to get rid of it. And who would do that except the probable perpetrator.
It's a crying shame that it took the death of Primavere to bring LE into that house, but at least that poor child has been found before he was found dead as well. Damm. This is a bad one, folks, IMO.

The suspect has what appears to be a huge goose egg on her forehead. I hope Anna got a good blow in there. I read through Anna's facebook last night and she seemed to be doing well in her recovery from some substance abuse. She seemed so happy in West Palm Beach. WTH happened in this house? What would cause a young woman to apparently violently attack another? This case is so bizarre at this point. moo

Arrest made after missing Titusville woman found dead in trunk of car
She fled to her parents home and when LE arrived she refused a search of the car and after LE obtained a warrant they found Anna's body in the trunk.

Can you imagine her parents' shock at all this? SMH.

A woman arrested in Tennessee in connection with the death of a Titusville woman who was reported missing and later found dead was booked into the Brevard County Jail Wednesday evening, Titusville police officials said.

Courtney Dawn Gibson, 27, was arrested Feb. 27 in connection with the death of Anna Primavere, 36, Titusville police said.

After extradition from Tennessee, Gibson was delivered to the Brevard County Jail Wednesday on a Titusville Police Department warrant for charges including tampering with evidence and child neglect, officials said. A spokeswoman for the police department said more charges are pending.

I have to wonder if the victim, Anna, confronted Gibson, the mother of the neglected child. Maybe Anna said she would call DCS if Gibson didn’t start caring for her child properly? And her warning was not well received? Just my speculation. RIP Anna.

Your theory makes sense to me, @HaikuMommy. IMO, something like that may well have happened. Maybe Anna was on the phone with DCS, or told Gibson DCS personnel were coming by the next day, or DCS called wanting to speak with Gibson, etc., and Gibson lost her temper in a Big Way.
