height is off by 2 inches but everything else seems ok.

Their height & weight actually do align, as do hair and eye color. The latest recon shows a more rounded chin. It would be negligent IMO to not rule Susan out. She went missing during that time and very close by. She had given birth 3 times. And her boyfriend had been violent with her throughout their 5 year relationship, with the last reported abuse occurring in March of that year which included stabbing her multiple times. He had also told his family he’d sent Susan on to a better place.
