Lincomfelt's wife, Karen, and her children are pounding the pavement, passing out fliers about the missing husband and father.
WESH 2 News was with the family in New Smyrna Beach, where Lincomfelt worked Monday, but the three and other relatives have been all over Volusia County because they said Lincomfelt would never deliberately disappear.
Police confirm Lincomfelt finished, left the job and spoke to his wife about 12:30 p.m. telling her he'd be home in Jacksonville close to 3 p.m.
Lincomfelt missed his daughter Cali's birthday Monday, something loved ones said is completely out of character for him.
His phone goes to voice mail, and there's been no activity on his bank account and no sightings of his maroon GMC Sierra pickup with a North Carolina tag of FJ5026.
Karen Lincomfelt said the couple was not having problems.
"Everybody keeps asking me that, and we don't even argue so it's not like, there's nothing there," Karen said.
His wife told WESH 2 News that Lincomfelt did battle some depression, but it was back in 2013.*
She said there have been no signs of trouble since.
