Possibly Parker and the kids (or Parkers Mom) did the decorating and gift shopping.

Hmm..good point. I didn't think of that.

Revolver cannot be accidentally fired according to Jessoy. Needs 8.25 lbs of pressure to fire it. #JulieSchenecker

Perhaps she's on suicide watch? She could hang herself with it.

I believe the jacket is removed to more comfortably affix the handcuffs which are then removed in the holding cell. She is most likely given the jacket back then. She would be monitored in the holding cell.

In the motion posted up above in the wrongful death suit, Julie claimed her husband did nothing to help her and left her alone, sick, and unable to parent her children.

By not allowing communication with her own husband, she made it impossible to adequately help her. By not allowing the doctors to communicate, she was able to compartmentalize her care.

Dealing with severe mental illness is a collaborative effort between the medical community, the family and the patient. Her family and her doctors all knew about her mental illness, so no stigma involved here. Not allowing this collaborative effort permits the severely mentally ill patient to say whatever he/she wants with no other POV.

If she really wanted to get better, she would have included all concerned about her treatment to help her.

She wanted all the control. She wanted all the attention. She seems narcissistic to the nth degree. It's all about her and her illness. Anyone who doesn't enable her (husband, children) are tossed out the door.

All MOO, IMHO, etc.

According to emails JS was in a mental hospital for 9 months, shorter stays other times including rehab. She was on a ton of pills along with booze. She had a long mental health history.

CPS was called to the home for JS back-handing Calyx across the face a few times while she (calyx) was driving. The kids were afraid to drive with her because of her recent accident and that she drives intoxicated with pills and booze.

I am baffled as to why on earth did CPS clear her to continue caring for the children? Do they not investigate, have access to mental health care records or health history? If they would have taken the children they might be alive today.

I don't think an insane person would feel remorse. That won't work in her favor. imo

A pathological murderer would not be likely to feel remorse. They'd continue on with the rest of their day as if nothing happened. But there's other types of mental illness, where a person may engage in actions of violence, but feel remorse immediately afterward.

Abigial, I'm not sure I understand what a pathological murderer has to do with the difference between mental illness and insanity?

Yes but mental illness does not automatically = insane. She has plead NGRI.

It's too bad PS didn't make some kind of serious threat to JS maybe take the kids away and leave her or maybe throw her out in the streets if she didn't sign the consent/ medical release of information form.

When she got in her DUI accident PS wouldn't let her drive, made her stay in a hotel and when she got out he took her straight to rehab.
