Agreed and the police coverup is obvious, particularly in the case of the lead detective. And......he was unnerved during his cross examination on that subject.

I need to add, I am a huge supporter of LE during trials. This is the first time in all my years of trial viewing that I am suspect of police motives.

It makes you wonder if the Officer who did the transport when the "walk out" was video'd would have testified to something else, if it hadn't been filmed.

Oh my! Hadn't considered that! Good thought. Possibly her condition would never have made the record at all? They might have made a greater case for drunkenness, perhaps?

I'm surprised the State did not call psychiatrists to testify about JS's mental state while in custody. Unless the defense is going to say that JS was insane during the act only.

Great discussions here today, I think. Glad I spent the day with ya'll. Keeping an open mind; it can go either way for me right now. We'll see what the docs have to say on Friday. Unlikely JS will testify.

:Since I have heard no mention of BAC or Tox screen by the State's cause in chief, they are totally dismissing drugs/alcohol in her system at the time of the murder, or any possibility of mental illness.
