PS said that JS had missed family holidays previously -- when they were in Maryland, planning to go to Caymans on family holiday, JS decided not to go the morning of leaving. The other 3 went without her.

He doesn't recall her ever missing a Thanksgiving or Christmas holiday with family.

While being questioned by prosecution, Parker Schenecker read email sent to #JulieSchenecker Jan. 27 saying he was safe in Qatar

Reads his email to JS in December, regarding family counseling, etc. "We will forge a way ahead, with or without your participation." Kids "expected that you'd at least be participative." The kids won't get JS's waiting for Nan to leave before she gets out of bed. "The kids have asked me to preclude you from driving anymore...I must protect them...this is the basic responsibility of a parent...they've asked their father for protection...the hard part of this is that they've asked protection from their mother."

BBM ... and there you have it. This was revenge on PS, in my eyes, plain and simple. Calyx was right- her mother is evil. JS is going to prison after these enlightening emails (damning). I am certain.

I bet that PS may have missed a few family holidays too (fair is fair right? whether it was football - new years etc) or job

Said going to AA was part of JS's plan for her sobriety. He did not monitor her, but believed she was going. She asked to have the car back from car pooling so she could go.

JS said he was good with her decision not to sign a Hippa release.

JS said via email that his decision to preclude her from driving the children had nothing to do with her driving impaired. It wasn't just the drinking -- something more than that? The kids didn't feel safe driving with her. It wasn't an issue of just the alcohol.

The family participated in family counseling together. Julie went first, then PS and JS, then with the kids all together.

All of her attention is on PS, almost as if a laser beam is coming from her eyeball directed at him.

I would love to know her thoughts at this moment.

Is she remorseful for the life she no longer has with the man she shared it with and their children?

Is she angry and full of spite and blames him for all of it?

Is she thinking about something random and disconnected?

In family counseling, PS said that Julie participated.

He said that JS's email of Jan 27 "Get home soon" was unusual

PS said he was still communicating with the kids while he was in the Middle East - via Skype on Jan 26, and some online IM sessions with Beau

PS said that JS reported some pain from the car accident.

PS did not notice problems in JS's relationship with Beau.

Julie also emailed the kids' grades on Jan 27 in the same general time frame as the other email (get home soon).

My husband and I often communicate via email..really helps us because I get too emotional ....really! My DH has issues also, but emails and texts have helped us a lot...take emotion out of communication so we really "hear" each other.

PS said it was not unusual for him to communicate with Julie by email. He thought it better for her to have them in black and white, unemotionally, where she could read them over and over. Also, because their schedules were different. He sometimes thought that what he was saying wasn't getting through. He never recalled JS going off on tangents. He said JS didn't always remember what they discussed -- she had problems with her memory.

PS said he communicated with Dr. Obregon about problems with JS's memory being shot.

They were both actively looking for rehab treatment. He's not sure who found Windmoor.

PS spoke about some self-esteem issues that JS had, and that the things Calyx were identifying in JS were things she believed about herself.

PS said he was not monitoring JS's meds after rehab -- he never had. He had heightened awareness to look for signs of drinking, but wasn't digging through the trash cans. His Mom had some concern she was still drinking.

PS said the counseling was very helpful.

PS said when he communicated w/ the children when he was overseas in Jan 2011, he asked Beau if there were any dangerous situations.
