TD - involuntary movement around mouth. Also might have leg thrusts, or odd walking.

Dr. S said she did not observe TD at first, but at that time she'd been off of Abilify for 6 months; jail put her back on anti-psychotics, and then the symptoms of TD came back (even tho different drug - not Abilify)

JS told her psychiatrist she'd taken herself off of Abilify. Doc warned her she'd have delusional thinking if she went off cold turkey. From that time on, she had a downward decline -- noted by her husband and others. During that period of time, her relationship with teenage daughter deteriorated. Led to slapping incident, and child abuse investigation.

In Jan. 2011, leading up to shootings, JS had been mostly in bed for 7 weeks. Car accident in Nov, went to rehab hospital, when she came out, very depressed. She called her mother-in-law, who came to help out. JS went home from hospital and went to bed and stayed in bed most of the time.

Before her husband left on deployment, she hadn't been doing the car pooling or fixing dinner. When he left, she had to suddenly function more. She tried to do that, hard for her to get out of bed, get into the shower. She drove the car pool a couple times in her pajamas and robe. Saturday morning she woke up with the thought of escape.

She was disappointed that she couldn't get the fire arm right away -- didn't know there was a waiting period. During those few days, drinking again, and taking prescription drugs. (She said she never did street drugs). She did have oxycodone which she was taking that week. That's when she wrote some strange messages in her journal.

She asked Dr. S (when in jail) if her children were coming in. Not convinced that her children were dead. Her understanding of her childrens' death fluctuated.

Based upon what I have read, she was hired by the DT right after JS was taken into custody for the killings. She and Def atty visited her for evaluation so for forensic purposes, she continue to meet with JS in preparation for trial. SOP.

Dr. S: she told me she never even thought about whether it was legal to kill her children, she was just thinking about her plan to go to heaven, to take her children to heaven.

That's the term used in therapeutic, medical, and rehab language. It's another description of addiction.

In JS' case, she used alcohol instead of, and to the detriment of her meds...hence, 'self medicating'.

Okay, open the prison doors and let all the parents who have killed there children go free. According to this lady, they are all psychotic.
