I still don't know how manipulative this woman is. I know she is extremely intelligent and was in a high stress job as an interrogator.



Yes I think she is mentally ill but I wonder if she didn't exaggerate the craziness with some of her answers to LE and doctors.

Well she had lithium toxicity even after the interviews. IMO Best practice would have been to get her stabilized and out of the lithium and alcohol fog before questioning her

IMO, I think there's a chance her paranoia about her husband having her followed, bugging the house, etc. may have to do with a guilty conscience, knowing she was gambling and not being compliant with her medications. Quite possibly drinking and drugging as well.

IMO LE did right to get her to talk in interviews. IMO it is up to the jury to determine what shape JS was in and how much weight to give to her responses at that time.

It was discussed previously but I did not know that Florida does not have to video these interviews. I wish they did.
