I agree, and you are right - this won't be an easy vote (thanks for the FL rules!) I would not want to have a jury vote on this, but maybe the instructions will be more clear (I hope!)

If the choice is only between Not-Guilty by Insanity and Guilty of 2 counts of 1st Degree murder - I think I might have to vote NG-Insanity -

Even though I believe her to be guilty, but insane - if I understand correctly, that won't be an option - which is sad, because I believe that's what she is.

Shes going to be locked up either way. If she is Not guilty by reason of insanity she will never get out of hospital. If guilty 2nd degree or manslaughter she would be eligible for parole.
