Writes in journal that she'll send a letter to her friend Lisa on Thursday, so that Lisa could get into the bedroom through the master bedroom sliders (which were open at the crime scene).

Attny uses this to point out that it wasn't her plan for Parker to find them. Also, that she'd have waited until shortly before he'd have gotten home.

Plus the email she sent to the family that alerted them to call the police.

All good points on the Defense, IMO

Conveniently sent in time for her to be saved because she really didn't want to die.

I call BS. She didn't shoot them twice- once in the mouth- so she could 'save them' or so they could all go to heaven. She shot them in the mouths because she was mad at them and was getting even with their father. MOO.

The two repetitive shots to each child shows premeditation and anger. Save them my butt............she was still ticked off even after she had already shot them in the head. So she gave each one a shot in the mouth to show what happens to mouthy kids who disrespect her. How is that saving them?

I don't believe I stated she was insane in this post, I was simply pointing out her journals & writing was nothing out of the ordinary, it's how the family communicated. I believe she's guilty of M1 100%

I'm reminded of a museum I visited containing memorabilia of a local asylum in my hometown. They had many journals and writings of the insane, including small notes that had been inserted into a television set by one of the patients who thought that he was communicating with the people "inside."

Some of the writing seemed ordinary, but upon closer inspection it was quite obviously disturbed. On this point I agree with the DT - JS's journals and writing should be looked at in total.

When she wrote out (for Parker) details about what to do w/ their bodies, memorial service, etc., State said it was because for 20 years, Parker had come after her to pick up the pieces.

State says that Defense did not present one shred of evidence that JS was insane.
