Maybe because they'd already been charged with neglect with future charges? Casey had a grand jury indiict her for muder, and she was out on bond.

I'ver been looking at Chance's pictures, and it looks like there is a red mark on his nose,and a bruise (?) on his left chin in the photo in the plaid shirt. Also he has a cut near his right eye that looks like a fingernail could of done it in another photo that was taken in front of a car. It's not there when he was born. Also in the photo of Chance sucking his thumb, look down at his legs. The right knee looks bruised and the left inner thigh looks like a pretty bad rash.

I saw the scratch on his face looking over the shoulder (of KB?) and first wondered if it was a birth mark, but nope. Nope. It's not in any other pics. I didn't catch the rash on his leg, but you are correct. I'm so disgusted.

This is a terrible thing to say, but if you get in an argument with someone and have to take it out on someone physically... take it out on the person you are arguing with, not a teeny tiny helpless little baby that shouldn't know anything other than love and warmth and comfort! For goodness sakes... THEY fought so he beat Chance?? And then he shoved a baby wipe down his throat, and they removed it... and then.... then they just put him to bed???

I might lose my mind.

I wonder what the argument was about. Was Chance throwing up from previous head trauma and this is why the pacifier and wipe were pushed into his mouth?

This keeps getting worse. In June my great grand neice's daddy shoved a nasal bulb down her thoart , punching a hole far down in her thoart and several tears in her mouth and thoart. She also had a healing skull fracture and three cracked ribs. She turned three months old the day he hurt her. She had to go through therapy to learn how to swallow again, and came home three weeks later with a feeding tube. Her little voice has not come back, she sounds hoarse. Daddy was arrested because he said he hurt her in a panic, but CPS said it was right there being too rough trying to suction her out or it done on purpose. He has no visitation and is never to be alone with her again. So we don't know how this is going to work out if daddy does get visitation with her. His mother ,who we think hurt her on purpose,is never ever to be around her because of her psych records.

and I agree I have a black ugly hatred for these sacks of waste.

Oh God. How awful!!
I am so sorry for this little girl. Glad she is now protected from this and hope she will make a full recover. Hugs.

I'm going to a really bad, bad place with my interpretation of why this poor baby boy had trauma to his mouth and throat. I think pacifier and baby wipes are a smoke screen for what this vomit really put down that babies throat. I really don't want to know any more. Holy Mother Mary.
