News4Jax attorney Ed Birk said Lonna Barton could testify at Wednesday's motions hearing, presumably on the testimony of the child.

- Testimony that the Ravenwood Apartments is a "high crime area"

- Any DNA found in apt. or on Ebron's clothes.

- All statements from JR or any allegations from her.

- Any injunctions against Ebron.

- Calling the plastic key (re: the planned escape) a "key."

- Any statements Ebron made to LE that they consider to be false, i.e. his story about the auto theft.

- Wants the child to testify.
