Looks like all of the charges are lumped together. So many to keep straight. I think its the neglect and lying charges.

They look like all of RE's charges to date. To which he did plead Not Guilty to the initial Child Neglect charges and the Giving false information to LE.

I don't recall if anyone has mentioned this particular area, but look on the map, just NE of Wacko's. There appears to be a water fountain and "scary" woods in and around the graveyard just west of the Greenlawn Funeral Home, Off Hunter Circle and Galilee Road. I wonder if that area was searched. Does anyone know if they have gates at the entrance that are closed and locked at night?

I'm guessing Ruben bought some McD's for the 5 year old by going through a drive-thru. He could have gone inside the restaurant with the motor running or just gone through, if his story of his engine is true. JMO

Didn't realise that is what it is in the U.S. Here jail & prison are pretty much the same thing far as i know.
Wouldn't RE have already done time previously as well for armed robbery? That's a pretty serious charge i would think. Although i'm not sure of the details of that.
So he is no newcomer to the system if that is the case. Looks like he's trying to be a career criminal.

Ebron has a long list of prior arrests, including:

2007 arrest for trespassing and writing bad checks.
2008 arrest for driving with a suspended license
2009 arrest for possession of 20 grams or less of cannabis
2010 arrest for armed robbery with a firearm or deadly weapon and grand theft.
2011 arrest for grand theft as well as fraudulent use of Identification.

Just feet from a baby seat plunked in the rear of the car, the driver and woman cut a deal as they drove along Jacksonville’s sleepy and dark streets: For $20, William Ruben Ebron could have sex with the 28-year-old.

Up against the Dodge Charger and just outside a barbecue joint, the deed was done, the deal completed.
Or so the woman — a crack addict and prostitute — thought.

“I’ll hit you so hard with the gun,” Ebron lashed out as he demanded his $20 back from the woman.
With money in hand, he raced away.
“He put a gun in my face,” the woman told police.

Thirty minutes later, police arrested Ebron.

Ebron’s relationship with this mother of his children, as well as her family, was tumultuous, dating to about 2008 with accusations that he cracked ribs and hit women in the face.

Two years later, in 2010, Ebron was arrested on the armed robbery charges involving the prostitute and the $20 trade for sex. Also in 2010, he was jailed in a grand theft case involving fraud.

In late 2011, Ebron was arrested on a domestic battery charge and sentenced to 47 days in jail.

All told, he has spent more than 200 days in jail, the last 30 of which have to do with the charges involving the neglect of Lonzie, a child no one has seen alive for a month.

--however, looking at her docket, there are 2 counts of child neglect...plus the 1 for being the liar that she is.

--if that's the case, she got away w/ having to pay additional bond (another 2500.00) for the 2nd child neglect charge.

Lonna: he was not worth the tattoo. He was not worth nglecting you children for. He was not worth 5 minutes of your time and he certainly wasn't worth your baby's life! Your baby son is (most likely) dead because of some dude who isn't into you and was probably using you for a lay while he was unable to communicate with his ex!

I hope this jars her into cooperating with JSO for real!

true but the key was kept in between his lip and gum. whenever an inmate enters or leaves an area they are systematically pat searched, and most dont check the mouth becuase they are pat searching everyone who is being moved. when they are strip searched, they check the mouth, but you cant just strip search inmates whenever you want. usually it is when they are housed or if there has been credible information (like after this other inmate told on him) that would warrant a strip or a shale down of a unit.

depending on where he is housed, it is either A. one officer on the floor with anywhere from 32-48 inmates (or more) if this is a direct supervision jail... or he is in max, which usually the officers are watching from "a bubble" and they are in their cell a lot of the time. there are cameras but you dont just sit and watch one inmate all day.

And there you have it. RE is doing LE's job for them. He keeps stacking up charges against himself and soon there will be enough for him to spend the rest of his miserable, useless life in jail.

Does the '3 strikes you are out' rule apply? Does he have 3 felonies charged against him now?

What is next? Will they roll him into court on a hand truck with a face mask, Hannibal Lector style? LOL

I got a giggle out of the photo with him in the foam mittens.

Didn't the ex file pleadings to lift the 'no contact' restraining order she filed against RE?

I am waiting patiently for the Judge to order that he has no contact with anyone other than his attorney.

“We remember early on, the prosecutors and police were inviting others to go and talk to Ebron and hoping this would leak some information that they needed,” Peoples-Waters said. “So now they've gone to the extreme of making sure that he's only having contact with his attorney, and he won't be able to put the pressure on any other people outside.”

Looks like he can only have contact with attorney via email or phone.

Guess the judge will decide tomorrow.

A special hearing is set for 2 p.m. Tuesday to decide the future of Ebron's communication privileges.

IMO - Ruben would have bought HIMSELF and himself ONLY Mickey D's - there would be no reason to feed L or give him a special treat towards the end. L was an object to R - I believe LL felt the same way from her words on the tape recording.

Also IMO - While it is nice to think that R would have placed L somewhere 'pretty, tranquil' etc (eg water fountain), again I am convinced these sociopaths have no compassion, no feeling for anyone other than themselves, so taking the time to place L someplace in a kind, gentle way (cough) wouldn't even be on their radar. Again, L was an object, not a human being. (Tears).
