Walsh then allegedly took Chance into a bathroom, the arrest report states. He came out a short time later and told Bury that there was a diaper wipe in Chance's throat.

“Kristen Bury noted that Chance was turning blue when he was brought out of the bathroom,” the arrest report states.

“Attempts to remove the diaper wipe were done, and after extreme measures, the wipe was removed by Kristen. Kristen stated that when removing the diaper wipe from within Chance's throat, trauma to Chance's mouth occurred.”

The arrest report states that Chance was then laid to bed. When Bury tried to feed Chance formula hours later, she saw he was gasping for air.

Chance died a short time later, the arrest report states.

How far down the poor little infant's throat did he push the damn diaper wipe that it took "extreme measures" to remove??? What kind of freaking "extreme measures"??? Dear Lord, the pain that child endured. And he was "laid to bed"???

I'd like to shove my foot where it would require "extreme measures" to extract!

Oh God. How awful!!
I am so sorry for this little girl. Glad she is now protected from this 🤬🤬🤬 and hope she will make a full recover. Hugs.

She's doing fine and turned seven months old last Friday, but it was a terrifying time. CPS took protective custody of her later that night, and no one in our family could see her for two weeks. No calls to tell us that she was having problems, and had to have surgery on her thoart, and blood in her lungs. She didn't have a name, but was called baby unknown. When little mama and new grandparents finally got to see her the nurses told them they thought that she had been abandoned because no one came to see her. She was all alone, and any of us would of been by her side, and she would of never been alone. You also had to be on a list CPS approved, and we're told someone had to be with her 24/7. Talk about being pissed off.

The most unbelievable thing to me now is she was going to give him a bottle.
And if that's true, think about how painful it would have been. No, nevermind. Don't think about it. I'm trying not to.

Thinking of the blood evidence found, does their story of events line up with it? That is IF the blood was Chance's.

Right now I am thanking GOD for KBs Facebook. The jury will take one look at that and any prayer she has of a battered syndrome defense will go right out the window. I'm now SO GLAD she did all that endless gushing about how wonderful, awesome, amazing, best man in the world freaking fantastic JW was and how perfect their marriage was. Even her last words on there, "No matter what happens, good or bad, I will always love you Joseph Walsh", are going to come back and bite her right in the azz if she tries that BS.

Edited to add: Besides that, she already told investigators she didn't call 911 because she didn't want to lose the two people she loved on the same day. Man, I'm glad she's stupid.

So many things we saw from Casey Anthony and her facebook and social media and computer the showed her state of mind... and things from Jodi arias that were never allowed in court ...I don't think it all will make it to court as 2 prejudicial :(

New documents released showed the parents of Chance Walsh were visited by a DCF caseworker just weeks before his death

In this Intake report it states KB received Disability benefits. I'm guessing it's for the Bi-Polar condition she claims to have. No doubt in my mind her defense will encompass all the "mental defect" excuses they can cram into her disgusting case.... mommy issues, drugs, DV, postpartum depression, mental illness, Duane.... Lord, I pray this evil waste of space does not walk on these charges.

They seem to line up. From October 8:

Small amounts of blood were found on the bed pillows, comforter and mattress inside the couple’s Orduna Drive home on Monday, according to the report. Blood spatter was also found on the walls, door, mirror and light fixture in the bathroom.

Walsh took Chance into the bathroom for a while, apparently to beat him (and maybe worse) even more.

I wonder how long he'd been turning blue before, during and after she removed the wipe, and if he had some brain damage. I think he died after he was put to bed, and they found him later.

I don't think KW was abused and afraid. I think she was just as violent as him. They deserve each other. If only there was a special hell for parents, boyfriends and girlfriends that beat and murder these little babies and children.

This is what I can't wrap my brain around. "Blood spatter" means blood that wasn't transferred by touch from one object to another. Blood sprayed, or spurted, from the baby's body and hit those surfaces. That doesn't seems to jive with the story about the pacifier and the diaper wipe. So I'd agree, either he beat Chance, or did something even worse.

I saw the scratch on his face looking over the shoulder (of KB?) and first wondered if it was a birth mark, but nope. Nope. It's not in any other pics. I didn't catch the rash on his leg, but you are correct. I'm so disgusted.

There's a picture on KB's FB page where it looks like he has a large bruise across his temple. It could be shadow, but that's a strange place for a shadow.

This poor little guy never had a moment of peace or love in his brief life. He was born addicted, probably suffered miserably while his system was getting itself cleaned out -- and then the two people who should have loved and cherished him beyond all imagining did this. My heart just breaks for him. I know that drugs can change people -- but can they really turn good people into complete monsters? I don't think so. I think maybe they just let the monster out. (moo, jmo).

Father of Chance Walsh waives first appearance

SARASOTA, Fla. - Joseph Walsh was not in court today for his first appearance. His hearing was scheduled for 1 pm Wednesday. He waived his first appearance and was appointed an attorney.

I can't imagine being a court-appointed defense attorney stuck with this monstrous creature.

No. So far, no it doesn't. I think it's going to be far far worse than what we've already learned.

It is disgusting. Truly.

I am sure that KB did NOT really want this baby. I do not believe that she wanted Duane, either. I think that she was only happy about being pregnant because in her mind that sent a message to everyone that HER MAN planted his seed and she was carrying his kid. You know, like claiming her as good enough to be his. Like how a dog pisses on something to claim it. I think that once she had the babies, the reality of divided attention set in and JW didn't want to be bothered with the racket and the annoyance of what a child requires. Then I think KB regretted that the babies made JW annoyed and took time away from her swooning over him. I think that while pregnant, she loved everyone saying how wonderful she looked and what a great family they would be. And I think that after Duane died, she loved the attention that it brought her and JW. Grieving parents. Woe is me.

I do not for one millisecond believe that JW is the sole abuser and murderer here. I can imagine that over the course of several weeks poor Chance was not quiet enough, not sleeping enough, not allowing them to sleep off their drugs, and I can imagine that on the morning of his death there was a lot of: "Get him to shut the F up!" and "If you think it's easy then YOU do it!" type of stuff.

I think that KB may try to say that she was, even in the last hours of this poor baby's life, trying to be the "motherly one" attempting to give him a bottle, rescue him by removing the baby wipe from his throat, etc etc etc (whatever other BS she spews from her vile mouth.) But I think the truth will come out that she was right there and had a hand in it as much as JW did.

The thing is that as LE is questioning them apart you know they are going to throw the old "Well she just gave you up, so you might as well spill it." and "You know the man of your dreams just threw you under the bus..."

I feel like I am rambling. Sorry. There are no words, and yet so many words, if you know what I mean...

all moo

I think you are exactly right. There's no way a loving mother would stand by while the father did what JW was alleged to have done. She'd have been grabbing at him, trying to get the baby, possibly hitting the father, pounding on the door, calling 911, screaming -- the neighbors would have heard ... The attack would have stopped, or mom would have died trying.

KB can say whatever she wants, but just let one mother with common sense be on that jury, and they'll see right through her.

I feel the same...not adding up and it is worse than we know even though the information we have at this point is unimaginable. So sorry Chance, you were just a baby and did nothing wrong(not that it needs to be said but I just feel I needed to).

Don't forget it was on the ceiling as well :( http://www.foxnews.com/us/2015/10/1...ida-nine-week-old-baby-found-buried-in-field/

A search of the couple's North Port home revealed droplets of blood and evidence of splatter on the walls and ceiling, and cadaver dogs also detected the possible presence of human remains in the home, Fox 13 reported, citing the arrest report.

I shouldn't say what I think/feel these monsters should receive....alligator bait. Rot in hell...& I hope they do.

This. All day long.
I love the heck out of my husband. He rules, we take good care of each other, he's my best friend and we basically skip around like a couple of lovestruck nerds 24/7. I don't post about it on FB all the time, but that's the way it is.

If we had a baby, and he did the tiniest bit of what JW presumably did here... I would take him DOWN. He's got 5 inches and about 60 pounds on me but I assure you I would go postal on him in a manner he would not ever ever forget. Heck, I would probably go postal on him if he did something like that to a squirrel.

It would irrevocably change my view of him for all time, and if it was our child I would do everything in power to make sure he was never left alone with that child for visitation.

The END.
