I am very, very curious to hear JWs version of events. All this info has been coming from KBs affidavit. Has anyone found his yet?

  • #322
Have we ever gotten an official ME ID that the body found is Chance. We all know it is, but I don't think we have gotten that all important official confirmation that LE said they were going to leave to the ME's office.

No official word yet. :(

The Sarasota County Sheriff's Office is awaiting an autopsy to confirm if the body is Chance. However, Sheriff Tom Knight said last week that his agency is “confident” the body was Chance.

The article also notes that Chance weighed 7 pounds at 7 weeks. There is definitely way more to this case.

This. All day long.
I love the heck out of my husband. He rules, we take good care of each other, he's my best friend and we basically skip around like a couple of lovestruck nerds 24/7. I don't post about it on FB all the time, but that's the way it is.

If we had a baby, and he did the tiniest bit of what JW presumably did here... I would take him DOWN. He's got 5 inches and about 60 pounds on me but I assure you I would go postal on him in a manner he would not ever ever forget. Heck, I would probably go postal on him if he did something like that to a squirrel.

It would irrevocably change my view of him for all time, and if it was our child I would do everything in power to make sure he was never left alone with that child for visitation.

The END.

My husband once jokingly lifted the phone like he was going to throw it at our kid. There was no reason for me to think he would throw it and I didn't even process what happened, but I had my hand around his forearm and yanked his arm nearly out of his shoulder before he had the phone lifted all the way. I grabbed him so hard it left a mark. It was all instinct and that's what doesn't make sense here. Humans are supposed to look out for each other. Big people are supposed to take care of little people.

She HAD to be just as evil or she would be dead too. She HAD to have been in on it. No instinct to protect her child and no reason to fear the monster means she was a monster too.

No matter how much I read I do not understand how a person gets to this place. Two of them. And they found each other.

They make me sick.

thank you!!!

Walsh then allegedly took Chance into a bathroom, the arrest report states. He came out a short time later and told Bury that there was a diaper wipe in Chance's throat.

“Kristen Bury noted that Chance was turning blue when he was brought out of the bathroom,” the arrest report states.

“Attempts to remove the diaper wipe were done, and after extreme measures, the wipe was removed by Kristen. Kristen stated that when removing the diaper wipe from within Chance's throat, trauma to Chance's mouth occurred.”

The arrest report states that Chance was then laid to bed. When Bury tried to feed Chance formula hours later, she saw he was gasping for air.

Chance died a short time later, the arrest report states.

How far down the poor little infant's throat did he push the damn diaper wipe that it took "extreme measures" to remove??? What kind of freaking "extreme measures"??? Dear Lord, the pain that child endured. And he was "laid to bed"???

I'd like to shove my foot where it would require "extreme measures" to extract!

Does anyone know his gestational age and how much he weighed at birth?

this makes me sick.

And if that's true, think about how painful it would have been. No, nevermind. Don't think about it. I'm trying not to.

So violent abuse and gross neglect.

I guess it shouldn't surprise me. Anyone who would do what these two did clearly wasn't going to waste time actually taking CARE of a baby.

:furious:

im crying again. not only did they beat him but they throttled him and scratched his throat and hurt his mouth. oh my god.

I'll bet he shoved that wipe down Chances throat to keep him from screaming while being beat and maybe worse. I don't believe for a minute that Mom didn't actively help hurt that child.
Her version of events are way too self serving. She hasn't mentioned if they were high while this happened. I actually hope they were because beating a baby without some chemical altering their minds is even worse to me. I can't stop thinking about what this baby endured. What a terrible world for it was for him that he is actually better of dead than alive with those two.

I would die for my children today and they are adults now. (I guess they'll always be my children). I feel that every one on ws's feels the same way. So happy I never used drugs. It changes the brain in such horrible ways and turns humans into monsters. We need to eradicate drugs ASAP.

I get it and I agree. why didn't they just give him away? leave him on a porch and ring the doorbell? anything else but this? not only did they not want him but th3ey hated him. how could they? how could they hate something they made?

It is disgusting. Truly.

I am sure that KB did NOT really want this baby. I do not believe that she wanted Duane, either. I think that she was only happy about being pregnant because in her mind that sent a message to everyone that HER MAN planted his seed and she was carrying his kid. You know, like claiming her as good enough to be his. Like how a dog pisses on something to claim it. I think that once she had the babies, the reality of divided attention set in and JW didn't want to be bothered with the racket and the annoyance of what a child requires. Then I think KB regretted that the babies made JW annoyed and took time away from her swooning over him. I think that while pregnant, she loved everyone saying how wonderful she looked and what a great family they would be. And I think that after Duane died, she loved the attention that it brought her and JW. Grieving parents. Woe is me.

I do not for one millisecond believe that JW is the sole abuser and murderer here. I can imagine that over the course of several weeks poor Chance was not quiet enough, not sleeping enough, not allowing them to sleep off their drugs, and I can imagine that on the morning of his death there was a lot of: "Get him to shut the F up!" and "If you think it's easy then YOU do it!" type of stuff.

I think that KB may try to say that she was, even in the last hours of this poor baby's life, trying to be the "motherly one" attempting to give him a bottle, rescue him by removing the baby wipe from his throat, etc etc etc (whatever other BS she spews from her vile mouth.) But I think the truth will come out that she was right there and had a hand in it as much as JW did.

The thing is that as LE is questioning them apart you know they are going to throw the old "Well she just gave you up, so you might as well spill it." and "You know the man of your dreams just threw you under the bus..."

I feel like I am rambling. Sorry. There are no words, and yet so many words, if you know what I mean...

all moo

I shouldn't say what I think/feel these monsters should receive....alligator bait. Rot in hell...& I hope they do.

My punishment for them involves a box of baby wipes, blue gloves, and lots of pacifiers........

if hubs ever did anything NEAR this to our baby, love would turn to hate real quick and I would stab him, I am sure.

That's what I think too. The pacifier wasn't enough.

How dare Chance do what babies do.

Nothing yet. SCSO has been very quiet about this case the last few days.

I imagine it wasn't just one wipe. He probably stuffed the infant's mouth with a handful of them and the one got shoved so far back into the baby's throat that JW couldn't get that last one out once the baby had finally stopped making noise.

This is where (well another one where) I think it's bull$hit. If you have a baby wipe handy, wad it up and see how small it is, really. I doubt they were spending money on luxuriously thick baby wipes. I don't know what the real story is, but I don't even think they shoved a baby wipe in his mouth to shut him up. It's just pure evil. If you were in the bathroom and wanted to shut someone up, you'd gag them with a towel. I don't even want to think about what was really going on or how blood splatter gets on the ceiling and light fixtures. That is not from a mouth injury from the pacifier. It's no wonder why the LE officer had a hard time speaking right after they found him. Who knows what more we don't know.
