Not much in the last few days I don't think. In the beginning his lengthy criminal record was published and is out there now. Also, he was denied bond and was put in protective custody, but authorities wouldn't say why. Also, he has plead not guilty.

It burns my biscuits when they put the murdering pedophile in protective custody!:stormingmad::stormingmad::stormingmad:

Available to us? No. But in the line by line police scanner report thingy it states officers reviewed Walmart security footage and confirmed from the video that she walked out with DS.

P.S. If it becomes available, I'll never watch it. It breaks my heart just picturing the footage.

Dobbs said his congregation has supported the family and brought them a stove to replace theirs, which did not work. The congregation is sorrowful, he said, but also angry that something so terrible could occur.

If they bought them a stove,I am sure the girls also have nice dresses to wear. I do not remember what poster was worried sorry.At least they will have what they need,RP should have went to this Church and asked for help on Friday.

This family appears to be having problems with finances for quite some time. No working air conditioner per evaluator. Apparently stove didn't work either. Mother was so eager for that 100$ gift card that she got into a van with a creepy man she didn't know. Yet both mother and boyfriend appear to be able bodied.

We know there is a video of his van leaving Walmart parking lot at 10:41 pm. So likely the video also exists of him getting into the van, etc.

If you look at the memorial page that was set up for Cherish, there are lots of beautiful pictures of her. At one time it appears that the family had enough money for nice clothing and professional pictures made. They are just beautiful - especially the ones taken of all the sisters together. The children all look so happy and cared for, beautifully clothed as well.

I wonder what happened to make the family so poor and not able to afford things? No air conditioner and no stove? A land lord has to provide you with such things, no? The attorney of the bio dad did write on that same fb page that he heard that the "live in" sold the air conditioners, but that's just rumor.

I wouldn't put much values into some photos.
Evaluation was done several years ago. Back then evaluator already describes house being in poor condition and air conditioning not working. Per the evaluator, custody of Cherish should have been given to her father. Judge ignored that for whatever reason, and the rest is history.

12:05am: Homicide notified and asked to respond to the scene by dispatch. Homicide sergeant makes contact with Patrol supervisor and is advised that the surveillance footage has been reviewed and verified that the victim had left with the suspect in a white van

12:10am: Patrol personnel continue to review the Walmart store video showing complainant, victim and suspect.

12:52am: First Homicide detective arrives at the scene and gathers information from Patrol on the incident. During this briefing, the detectives are advised of the following information:
•Surveillance video has been reviewed already that shows the victim leaving with the suspect in a white van. Still photos have already been printed out of the victim, suspect and van.

I believe they have footage of just about everything except for inside fitting rooms....
