I just don't understand why there was no defense witnesses- like psychologists, etc- to explain/make excuses for this terrible defendant.

Why go to trial? Waste of money, IMO.

Just put him away for the rest of his miserable life. Maybe the prosecution wants the DP and he wanted the trial. Anyone know?

Florida just recently changed to "unanimous" for the DP because of some lawsuits going on last year.

Disgusting man, IMO.

Here was an innocent little angel and he had to ravage her- it's inconceivable to me. A tiny baby- with very small parts and a grown man with very large parts. He hurt her so much...:tears:

And that defense lawyer- trying to mitigate the strangulation by saying Cherish may have passed out in a couple of seconds instead of 3-5 minutes...:stormingmad:
