I thought the gift card was a $100 gift card. In the testimony, it morphed into a $150 gift card. Also, mother testified that Cherish did not want to go to California to visit her father. I had not heard that before.

Rayne said it was cherish that mentioned it was 150 when he was going McDonalds. I didn't hear her not wanted to go her dads. I only started watching when her testimony was up to Walmart and going for food.

Also, mother said that in the parking lot of Dollar General, she was standing outside of DS's van and he wanted her to get in it. She said he "got snappy" with her because she was balking -- I guess due to not entirely trusting him -- and he showed her his Driver's License. After she saw it, she did get in the van and they took off for Walmart.

He did everything in his power to manipulate the situation in his favor. Nobody can deny that. Lying about having a wife -- from the Virgin Islands, no less. What was that? Some kind of a Freudian slip?

I thought I heard her say she actually looked at the driver's license. Will have to listen to it again. Can't hear this guy now. Volume too low. (My fault on volume--fixed it)

Looks like DS was doing quite a bit of lurking about at Dollar General. I guess waiting for opportunity to approach RP and daughters. It doesn't appear to me that he purchased anything himself at Dollar General.
