It is so creepy the way he stands at the end of the aisle and just watches them.

I am also wondering how they can spend so much time in one aisle like this. Not relevant or anything. Just a random thought. There's no way I can spend that much time in one spot at Walmart.

Also, I think it is very creepy that he was going to buy that rope. At least he acted like he was going to buy is because he put it into her cart at Walmart. Then, he left with Cherish and didn't buy the rope. Why do you think he put the rope in the cart?

Cherish and Smith just walked towards another area of the store and it says there is an 8 minute lapse. I am guessing this was when they went to the dressing rooms.

10:15 pm.......I'm in bed 2 hours now...

And another thing is how deserted the store seems to be. I guess because it is getting late -- probably after 10:00 p.m. or so.

Seeing cherish leave made my heart drop. I know how it happened just seeing it so in my face. I just can't. This shouldn't have happened. Poor baby girl.

How convenient that the video gets all blurry at the point they are at McDonalds at front of store and then head out the front door of Walmart.

It looks like Cherish and Smith stopped and spoke briefly to the person mopping outside of McDonald's. I bet they were informed that McDonald's is closing or something.

I think it helps that Smith has a somewhat distinct look with the white hair and mustache. Makes him memorable to people.

I missed it...why did this witness follow the van initially?

That was a strange witness.

He was waiting with his wife for his fatherinlaw. When DS said "we're going for cheeseburgers", the witness thought the fatherinlaw must be with DS and they were supposed to follow him.

Walmart shopper Christopher Rozier testified he followed #DonaldSmith's van because he thought his father-in-law, whom he was trying to meet at Walmart, might be in the van. Had no idea anything was wrong until #JSO later showed up at his home. @ActionNewsJax #CherishPerrywinkle
