Tina Henson is off the stand. The state calls K-9 Officer Wilkie to the stand. He now works with JAA and used to be a K-9 Unit with JSO. His dog's name is Gator

Ofc. Wilkie says that k-9s are a supplement whenever someone is missing, they help to find them. Also during felony traffic stops, like the one done to pull #DonaldSmith over, in case the driver tries to flee, etc. @FCN2go

K-9 officer testifying that DS put his hands outside of his van window and crossed them over each other. Said he had never seen that before.

Yet another weird-icism on the part of DS. Very weird.

Ofc. Wilkie said that #DonaldSmith did a few strange things, "flamboyant" even during the stop, including holding is arms up after proving he had no weapons, and crossing his hands when asked to show them.

When patting #DonaldSmith down, Ofc. Wilkie said his pants were soaking wet. He shouted, "Oh my god she's in the water!" He said it was an involuntary reaction.
