I want to give Dr Rao a hug.

This ME is thoroughly answers questions.

A tweet said DS' attorneys looking at autopsy photos, but he isn't.

He is a coward. Also -- he's done for -- and knows it (IMO)!

Defense calls Medical Examiner breakdown "Grounds for a mistrial" #DonaldSmith @FCN2go

Can someone let me know when we can say what should happen to this monster?
TIA

The sad thing is he probably is enjoying hearing about what he did. I also think the whole trial is because he wants to relive the crime. Otherwise he would have entered a guitly plea as he knows there is no way he will be found not guilty.

I hope not! :-(

:grouphug: Look for the helpers. My mantra for today isn't even helping. This has to be the worst I have heard in following trials!

"She struggled because we have evidence of that struggle," Medical Examiner Rao says. She estimates it took Cherish 3-5 minutes to die. #DonaldSmith @FCN2go

Exactly. Which is why he needs to get death. He will relive it over and over. Likely even share with his prison buds. Disgusting.

It's their own client's fault that she needed to take a break. I wonder if they have outfitted him with a bulletproof vest under his shirt?

There's the defense's basis for an appeal.
