Yeah PCP will cause disassociation...duh

At 9 years old DS found his hospital bracelet from birth and asked about the last name on it, at that point his mother told him about bio dad.

Oh, the poor child -- :tears::tears::tears:

On a more serious side -- at this time, he had already out-lived Cherish by a year.

Multiple witnesses corroborated the drug use, there are also numerous arrests for drug use, medical records showing drug use.

This won't be an early day as they thought...cross will take a while.

And something tells me it's going to be more brutal than yesterday's cross.

This woman keeps rattling on without a stop. A bit rehearsed?

She was an awful witness and in my opinion did a lot of damage to domestic violence survivors with her bs testimony in that trial. Juan tore her apart too.

You are absolutely 100% right -- she wasn't of this world. And she did get quite a licking from Juan.

He was "Don" sober and "Beesy"(?) when he was on crack-cocaine. They are essentially indicating he had a different persona when he was on the drug.
Multiple witnesses corroborated this.

State please object already...Don Don Don

He was molested by 2 neighborhood boys and witnessed the boys molesting several girls.

Self reported, I presume.

And they wouldn't let him join in? BS. He was probably the ringleader. And who reported that he was molested by 2 neighborhood boys? Self-reported. You are right. His mother would have called the police if he had been molested.

Raped while incarcerated, which caused things to escalate quite quickly.

This witness' use of "ah" and "um" is about as annoying as Nancy Livesay's use of the phrase, "if you don't mind." (For those of you familiar with the Sidney Moorer trials)

His criminal behavior started very early, was already incarcerated for auto theft on his 16th or 17th birthday (defense counsel thought it was 17th, witness thought it was 16th).

Someone wake me when cross starts...

I can't even when people go on the addiction as excuse trail. Witch, NO. NO. NO. NO. I am an alcoholic. Friends, I loved that stuff. Truly and relentlessly, for decades. and I did some pretty shady stuff - I degraded myself and others (nothing criminal, just crappy stuff). But you will NEVER hear me once say that oh well, i was drinking so it was cool/excusable/mitigation, whatevs. I can't even. Thank god I haven't had a drink in a looooooong time.

This individual is a sadistic, psychopathic 🤬🤬🤬🤬. Don't try and put what he did to that child (and other victims) on substance abuse. That's BS.

I thought it was "Wheezy" because he was considered "old"? Or, was that in prison? I'm getting confused.

As always, congratulations on your sobriety and for being here to keep us sane!

It could have been. Something ending in "eezy" was all I could say for certain.
